Totally agree with the fear part, no one want's to miss out. But with a time limit on things, sickness, fatigue and the rest of the junk that comes with cancer, it really pushes you to want to do more. I know I feel that way. Keep fighting and keep doing what you are doing people love you loads :)

I suffer with anxiety and depression and I've let it control my life over the past few years. Your positivity and ability to make the best of situations despite what's thrown at you has changed my mindset completley. Me too! Emily has inspired me so much, I’ve been going to the gym regularly now for nearly a month and just started doing exercise classes to take in up a level, I’m currently very sore after my first body pump class yesterday!

I'm so grateful for you. I am 45, so fearful all tye time, barely leave my house...you inspire me to do better, be better, do more. Anxiety is awful, sorry you're dealing with it. I'm 41 and have a moderate anxiety problem which makes simple things like going to the bank horribly stressful. I try to remember the sense of accomplishment when I force myself to do things that I'm scared of.
TammySchmit Tammy, I know exactly how you feel. I am 57 and suffer from PTSD. I stay home most of the time because I get so nervous and the anxiety gets so bad when I think of getting out and being around ppl. I see Dr.’s to no avail 🙄. I stumbled onto Emily’s vlog and fell head over heels in love with her and Aisha! I was like her in my 20’s! Loved the gym and weights and I could just kick myself in the ass for allowing myself to get like this. Thank you lots for you comment. It really hit home with me. ❤️
I could be your mum,age wise, but, young lady you are teaching me so much. I look forward every day to seeing what you've been up to, you are a joy to watch. That smile of yours could light up a room. Just remember you don't always have to be strong, you have a right to be fecking raging mad and petrified at the same time. My dughter had high risk leucemia years ago and it was touch and go for a while. but thankfully she is still here with us, so I know a little bit of the dynamics. Keep swimming xxx
How heartbreaking to listen to the end of this Vlog. Who was to know that you would only have 6 weeks left. I find it so difficult to be positive in my life, as you were in yours with cancer, but I love watching you & how positive you were right up until the end. I will certainly miss your Vlogs even though I still have loads to watch. ✌🏻🌹
I have been watching Emily a lot lately. I have new tumors. I also felt my heart break at the end of this video. I just wanted to reach in and hug her and save her somehow. I watch her videos and I talk to her because in my heart she is still here. She knew what she was doing. She knew we would all need here later down the road. and we do. I'm crying now as I type this. I had to stop watching her videos for a while as I hot terribly depressed, but there are still ones I watched. Don't give up, Emily fought to the end. I started watching Emily's videos 2 months ago and I'm hooked her motivation is incredible, my daughter was diagnosed with cancer at 14 months old and it was the hardest struggle but watching you gives me so much hope and faith to carry on,I also wonder how Aisha is doing much love 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
The thing that stands most about to me about Emily is her honesty and integrity.... it's why she's loved so much.... she was 100% real. That along with being the most beautiful girl inside and out.... there was no bullshite about her, she told it like it was for her and people like and admire that. She's definitely the most inspiring person that I've encountered, especially because of her age and situation she was in. A truly remarkable girl.

Normally “positive thinking” speeches turn me right off, but your message comes from such a frank and genuine place that I find myself looking forward to every new video!
