Terrible Weather En Route To Sandown - Isle Of Wight For Spamfield | Divert To Popham | Ikarus C42

The first part of this journey to Sandown for the Spamfield festival faced some pretty awful weather that resulted in us diverting from our original route which involved stopping off at Charlton Park to having to head east avoiding the worst of the weather before heading south over RAF Brize Norton and then on to Popham for a rest after a decent stint of around 2 hours in the air.

Haha yes - Anna is a superstar and she never gets scared or worried in the air. Not sure if that’s because she trusts me or she just lacks fear in general though 🤣🤣

Yes we did. It was a simple case of not putting in the new software key. It’s the first time I had renewed my subscription and I didn’t know that you got a new software key 🙄

I currently fly EV97 out of Barton (MainAir & 120hrs P1) and I only live not too far from Ashcroft, how do you find out if there are any shares going at Ashcroft, not much info around?

Hi Jimbo, there aren’t currently any microlight hire/share groups operating from Ashcroft. I used to hire MEGZ out but I have sold her now so that I can build a brand new nynja 🙂
