Karate kid 3 was not up to the standard set by parts 1 and 2, but I really loved Terry Silver and Mike Barnes. Such assholes, but in the most entertaining way. They’d be a great new pair of villains for Daniel and Johnny to have to deal with.

I hope either in Season 3 or 4 we found out what happened between Kreese, Barnes and Silver after the tournament. The full story.

Silver is one of my favourite KK characters too, hope he comes in early in season 3 so we don't have to wait until season 4 which will be an eternity away.

Terri Silver is definitely in the podium of the best characters of Karate Kid. Even though he's framed as a bad guy, he's the one who actually gives very good fighting advice, none of that stupid tournament stuff. Plus, he looked so cool back then!

My brother and I have always said Terry Silver was the best villain in the series. Silver and Barnes in season 3 or even 4 would be phenomenal.

Here's a hint from the clip alluding to Silver's possible return: Remember in KKIII when Silver and Kreese are talking over the phone and he mentions to Kreese that he's going to teach Daniel about fear and pain and the kicker is "he's gonna thank me for it". Now Kreese is saying "one day you'll thank me for this Johnny". Anybody else notice that?

Dude so right !!! Did u see that sneak peek of part 3 ?? The scene with Daniel and the teacher?? I paused it and I couldn’t tell if that was Terry or not but he looked more of a Chinese guy it could be both Cresses and Terry’s Teacher! Man i so cant wait for part 3 !!!!!!!

The greatest hope we have for all of the old characters joining the series is that none of the actors other than Shue, made it huge. Most we haven't even seen predominantly in anything else since the 80s. So there's more probability of getting them back.

Ever since the end of season 1 they hinted that Kreese will be the antagonist in season 3. It was shown throughout season 2 too. Silver has to be the antagonist in season 4 along with Mike Barnes.

I have a feeling that Terry Silver is Miguel's father. His mom said that she found out the truth about the man she was married to and she left. Terry's outward appearance is that of a noble business man, but he has the heart of a snake. We have no idea where Terry has been the last 30 years and it would be simple for him to have settled in Central America and setup some sort of nefarious operation under the guise of being a businessman, gotten married and had a kid; Miguel.

If you want a good cliffhanger I think the best cliffhanger would be that Johnny inners that all Valley in the senior segments of the tournament and he gets ready to fight the guy the guy turns around and it's Mike Barnes he has to face and then if left from there till the next season bad boy versus former bad boy

Here are my thoughts on Season Three: - On Twitter, Jon Hurwitz replied to a comment asking about the release of the season by saying “weeks.” This would anticipate a May release. - When there is a new movie or show coming out, the company releases merchandise close to the release date. Funko has announced that they are producing two Cobra Kai Pops that are available for pre-order with an anticipated delivery of May 2020. - I am on the list to receive the new Cobra Kai comic series when each new issue releases. I have all of the issues except the final one, which will ship in May 2020 It doesn’t make sense to release all of this merchandise and content far from the Season release date, so by theory Cobra Kai Season 3 must drop in May.

Hey mate, great video. Big questions at the moment. Depends on how slow is the next season going to be? Are we going to get 3-4 episodes building up to a new character? Also, you forget that Daniel's wife will not let him start karate after that massive brawl. I feel some different part of the story will take place outside Cobra kai dojo.

It would be a hell of a 3rd season if Terry and mike came back then Johnny would be like who the hell is this now trying to take over cobra kai now? Larusso would have his hands full too.

I can see it now: Silver beats Johnny on a rooftop and is trying to kill him, breaking his leg so he cannot fight. Kreese witnesses the whole thing and Johnny looks at him pleadingly. "Sensei, Help me, please!" Johnny says. Kreese lifts up Silver and throws him off the roof.....haha. Just like Return of the Jedi. (please note sarcasm).

I had read the reason why Chad McQueen didn’t want to return was that he wasn’t interested in doing a one-off appearance and wanted something more substantive. That makes sense for the character he played and I hope we see him at some point.

Good theory. Lot of excitement for Terry Silver. Kreese's Sensei is just the man who taught him karate. It's well established Kreese himself actually founded Cobra Kai. (He said so himself at the end of ep. 210.)

I'd like to see Silver return too, but unfortunately as I recall, someone asked Hayden "Will Chad McQueen or Thomas Ian Griffith come back?" (something like that) and he resonded "No and no." So that's kinda depressing. I actually just did a video myself because of his tweets, and I was sad to learn we won't get a trailer in April. I'm not sure Silver was honest about that korean man founding Cobra Kai; Kreese said at the end of 2×10 that *he* founded Cobra Kai. But then he has been known to tell a boldfaced lie. "Rwanda was, no joke." ☺

According to an article/interview with Chad McQueen, he stated that he would have loved to appear in Cobra Kai and revisit Dutch but he explained that at the time that episode was to be filmed he was not available and that contractual commitments to his company, McQueen Racing prevented him from taking the time out to shoot the episode, but he said that if in the future that there would be an opening for him to return he would be up for it and would love to do it, So it's not like he just simply did not want to do it, he just had other commitments that prevented him. In the interview he was asked if he would ever return to acting, he stated that while he's happy with his life and the direction he took he said that he has entertained the idea of possibly doing something again in the future and that if it was something he liked story wise he would certainly consider it, he said that as of now his acting is an open ended thing and you just never know. So at least he's not given up completely on the idea of doing something. Chad's son Steven R. McQueen is an actors known for his role as Jeremy Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries.

Surprising fact... In Karate kid 3 you are lead to believe Silver is older than Daniel... By at least 8-10 years I would say... When in reality the actor that plays Silver is about 4 months youger than Ralph Macchio. 😱

What would be good would be Daniel/Johnny/chozen team up to face Barnes vs Daniel/ Johnny vs kreese/chozen vs silver

My theory would be that Terry Silver and Johnny former Sensei would split and they would form competing dojos. Johnny would go through isolation from Covid19 along with Larusso, then the season would return after the Covid19 passes. Karate sports rivalry's as each dojo students move up the ranks competing in state, nationals and then the Olympics and world championships. The senseis become world famous along with their new students who compete against each other.

It's nuts. I mean; I've a 50yr old guy and I'm on it, car bonnet, with the whole Cobra Kai thing. Can't wait for S3...

OMG I love Terry Silvers! In fact, Karate Kid 3 is the only sequel that I didn't like but man... this guy... he is such a fun villain that he makes the film so watchable. I would love for him to come back and be that villain again who brings so much life into the film.

Are the creators aiming to keep the series going for more than 3 seasons? I wasn't aware that the motive to a long running show at it's creation.

Terry Silver played that role great. He really got under your skin and made you despise him, hard to find in actors nowadays. He was perfect for that role, that smile of his and the pony tail really worked wonders for the character.

I can see why he thinks Terry Silver will come back with that reply, and we will see. I also picture Johnny and Daniel teaming up in the future with the way it all went down. It seemed like Johnny was done with Cobra Kai and I heard a rumor that Daniel plans on a vacation to Japan. Maybe his wife will prevail and the dojo is done, but that seems unlikely to last too long, so maybe have Johnny run the dojo ? It's all theories until it comes out, and this series has a lot of surprises in it.

Kreese said explicitly that he was the one who founded Cobra Kai. I never bought what Silver said about their Korean master in KKIII anyways. I always figured it was a story he made up to gain simpathy from Miyagi and Daniel. But then after seeing that the Cobra Kai style is very very similar to Tang Soo Do, I thought "okay, maybe there's something to that story", but nevertheless, even if Kreese learned Tang Soo Do from a Korean master that doesn't mean that it was that master who founded Cobra Kai. Kreese learned Tang Soo Do in that Korean guy's Dojo and later opened his own Dojo. Kreese founded Cobra Kai.
