Testing Boker Damascus stainless vs Filly 14 carbon. 

Interesting the Boker had bad steel. Sounds like my big Wacker which is performing better and better with each honing session. Good shave video.

I had the same issues with a 14 sub cero, after huge amounts of frustration it eventually shaved well. stopping wheels are the worst. Receive a NOS Japanese Towa where the bevel was ripped off. Know you love circles when honing, maybe try x or straight stroke rather than ⭕️ on the Boker. blessed weekend

In my opinion you voul have kill the edge in the second boker damascus and hone it from the 1k! No need for convex stone! Or buffer because it is a full hollow!🎉 abd yiu can remove the part of steel damaged🎉
