This isn't a good test for consumers, just letting the car roll back on a slight incline. You need to test the hydroboost, parking brake and service brake test with the engine on. We're not going to take the wheels off to see the hoses or test the freeplay in the rotor to test the brakes. This is only helpful for mechanics.
