Larry, my four-year-old watches you all the time, he had his tonsils taken out yesterday and when he came into the recovery room he asked for my phone so he could watch Wolfepit playlist. Your videos are very relaxing to him. Thank you bro.

I like that you leave the membrane on. Most all the "professionals" will tell you to take it off, but I also like the snap of it. It's like natural casing on a sausage.

It's 6:48am and I'm craving ribs! I like your take on ribs. Sometimes less is more. And with everyone claiming their ribs are "the best", a stripped down recipe highlights the meat the best.

3 ingredients; Meat, fire and salt, having seen those open BBQ pits they do in Texas on TV & in youtube videos, I do feel so jealous seeing those big piles of animal parts all looking so gorgeously cooked, when us brits get sold thin slices of cowparts as "premium" steak... :P

I like it, I've been watching your channel pretty much since shortly after I got rid of my LG cosmos slide phone and got my first smartphone, which was a Motorola turbo back in 2015 or 2016. I have never really watched cable since the world of RU-vid and Hulu opened up to me.

You could make a rub for your ribs. Use a ratio of 6 parts brown sugar, 3 parts salt, 1 part black pepper, 1 partt cyanne pepper, and 1 part chili powder. This ratio works no matter how much or how little you make.

I would have added some Chili Powder for a bit of spice, but otherwise you a completely right a full rub is just not needed.

You're so good in the kitchen and have such good recipe ideas I would like to see videos where you fix the cruddy products that you sample. Maybe by adding seasoning or cheese or anything you can think of to help make a frozen meal a better meal

Marinate the ribs in a very small amount of liquid smoke before cooking in your oven.

Scooter here, I live in texas and what exactly makes these texas style ribs. There's no chili powder or no cumin or Chipotle powder. There ain't no texas bbq recipe that simple and that's a fact.

👎Those look like Baby Back Pork Ribs, otherwise known in Texas Beef Country as "SISSY RIBS!" Only BEEF RIBS in Texas.👍 I lived in Texas for close to 10 years and you don't do Pork Ribs. Only the Southeast (Georgia, North and South Carolina) do SISSY RIBS.

I've lived in Texas my whole life, 64 years now, and I have pork ribs as often as beef. I also bbq chicken, pork shoulder, and am gonna try lamb this summer.
