As a teacher, the needs for the students should be met regardless of their strengths or weaknesses. A teacher should support every single student regardless of diversity, intelligences, cognitive level or "communities"they belong to e.g. sp.ed, 504, ELL'S

As a Teacher/Instructor, we must be willing to allow students to do different methods of assessments (Diversity). Not every two students learn or pick up new knowledge the same way.

releated to Domain I, I'd like to share what I'm currently doing with my 4th-grade students to help them develop a passion for reading and engage in literary analysis of a novel. We're currently immersed in the book "El chico de la flecha," a fictional novel set in the ancient Roman Empire. Since many of my students are unfamiliar with Rome and life in the first century B.C. for a Roman child, I realized the need to provide background knowledge before diving into detailed summaries of the first chapters. Although we're a bit behind schedule compared to what Amplify expected us to cover in this unit, I'm pleased with the progress we've made. We're instilling good reading habits through literary roundtable discussions, silent reading sessions, and the use of graphic organizers to enhance comprehension. Despite the delays, I've noticed that at least half of my 4th-grade students eagerly anticipate weekends to dive into new chapters and discover the unfolding story. Seeing them take the lead in our literary conversations is truly rewarding.
