The testing strategies are really helpful, when breaking down the questions to specifically see what its asking for

The teacher should apply assessments to meet their students needs cognitive, emotional, physical, social, affective just to name a few. It is our job to meet these needs, in order for your students to be successful. Human Development is a wide spectrum, from kinder to 12th grade, we should strive to learn all we can to meet the needs of all these students. Activities, assessments, and every single lesson should be aimed with one thing in mind, the success for our students.
