2 tablespoons Thai chili paste
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoon fish sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 cup white mushrooms
3/4 cup mixed bell peppers
1/2 cup onion
3 green onions
5 garlic cloves
1/2 cup tempura flour

I have made this recipe 3 times now and LOVE IT. I add zucchini instead of yellow bell pepper bc I love it. Other than that, everything exactly as she list. SOOOOOO YUMMY. You are my favorite GO TO THAI RECIPE.

Excellent recipe and video, Siri. Nice collaboration. All the cooks did a great job but I think my favorites are yours (of course), chicken masala curry and chicken Manhattan but to be completely truthful, I'm loving that chicken karaage! Had it last week and now I'm in a mood! 😀👍

I've seen different versions of this recipe and some don't use nam prik pao. I've tried both ways and I have to say nam prik pao is the way to go. It adds more dimension to the taste and actually tastes spot on to the the ones I've had at the restaurant. Thank you for this recipe!

Oh, my brother lives in Thailand and runs the family shrimp, fish, and oyster farms. Sometimes he is my camera man when I go back to Thailand for vacation. But my hubby (Joe) is my normal camera man in the USA, where I currently live. Thanks again for stopping by :-)
