Dark End Dragon was actually decent since it can send a monster to the GY without destroying it, which got around Stardust. The other two, yeah, they were trash.
Thankfully, he didn't get what he wanted. No one would have used these cards in real life if they weren't Synchros. In the manga, they were just bad Tribute Monsters.
Glad to see manga Chazz get support. I always thought his manga deck was cooler than his anime one, and Light and Darkness Dragon was my favorite of the GX manga monsters.
@@thatman666 Manga Manjoume only lost to Judai because he sealed away his LADD. When he took him back he pretty much stomped the main character (only to get defeated by Cyber Eltanin) but in general only having two losses with wins against the protagonist really works for his reputation. Too bad most of his dragons get trickled down to us as pack filler with severely underwhelming effects...
They were effect monsters in the GX manga with effects meant to cheat them out. The author of the GX manga wanted to have synchro summons but was denied with the reason being 5ds is much later

The new Light End and Darkness End Dragons are absolutely perfect to pair with Malefic Paradigm Dragon to summon any level 8 Dragon Synchro you want. Cannot wait to try out Malefics again, just a shame this game out after Baronne was banned
I love how konami makes generic dragon cards from manga chazz work with his anime armed dragons like with armored dragón and now with this one is nice being able to play a mix of both manga and anime versión of a character deck when they work with each other
Knight Armed Dragon also has 1 more Deck interaction I think you're not seeing. 1, 10, 100, 1000, MANJOUME THUNDER! Armed Dragon Thunders can use it to go into L10
I am SO glad they finally fixed their stupidity with the Light and Dark End Dragons with these retrains! I never understood why they unnecessarily turned Effect Monsters from GX into Synchro Monsters. The effects weren't even that broken to go that extra mile, and even if they were, they could've just made them un-Special Summonable. I bet all of the hardcore Manga Chazz fans are breathing a sigh of satisfaction and relief now...!

Its Blue-Eyes guys. The deck never been good at setup something unless you have right hand. Now you can setup Lawd, by only using 1 card, bait all your opponent moves, then using Ultimate Fusion during their turn to extend. Thats quite something
Chazz is a way better name, and anime Chazz is still way more entertaining than manga Chazz. Manga Chazz's deck idea was way too generic. Your typical generic Dragon deck.
Gonna try these with CB Conclave Control. Just need Dark End, since CBRD is the light target. Then put Ravine in the field spell slot, Salvation grabs Ravine and CBRD, now Trade-In can be live too, yeah, there's some fun shenanigans there.
Except it doesn't give it an extra negate, the lawds negate has it lose 1k for both stats, and since dragon knight only raises its atk, it will still be limited to 3 negates.

I always thought the gimmick of having like Appo and L&D Dragon effects mix with the one card that makes atk/def changes be reversed, essentially just making it to where they would give themselves more attack and negate the effect would be as funny as the Fabled Unicorn Runick hand control gimmick
These new cards could blend really well with the new Tachyon support Pros: LAD brings out free level 8s which could be used for XYZ material LAD locks into dragons and Tachyon uses dragons only Fusion cards requires level 8 light and dark dragons (tachyon has them) Cons: New schwartzchild locks into dragon xyz which makes you unable to fuse You'll need more extra deck space to banish level 8s from extra deck

Well now we know why they banned Baronne and Savage Dragon. Konami was gonna print another basically generic omni negate monster that’s ass easy to summon in dragon or branded decks
Knight doesn't say field or hand as far as i see so you can do random XYZ shenanigans with it especially if it have a quick effect ao you can turn off them interrupting the xyz effect
Branded might be able to play LADD LAWD without the other support, but it's a little clunky. Fusion Albion and Lubellion can only summon level 8 or lower fusions so they can't make him, but Cartesia, Branded in White, and Branded in Red could. Branded in White especially because it can use main deck Albion and Bystial Lubellion from the grave.
It's probably happened several times before, but I can't readily think of any other Extra Deck monsters that got retrained into main deck monsters. I'm kind of surprised the fusion monster's materials are that specific.
I think even with less negates, Light and Darkness Dragon Lord is better because you can choose when to activate it now. That, along with the attack boosting effects of the new support patch up the original's biggest weakness, which was that if it negated enough things, it'd be small enough to run over with a Normal Summon. I can dig it

Except its Fusion is actually fair. The original LADD has their mandatory omni negate an "if" condition while the omni negate on its Fusion retrain has a "when" condition with very specific materials in modern standard card design.
