Just quoting this on the wiki "After his death, A'Lars was resurrected back on Earth, in the Exclusion, where he was informed that Sui-San, who had also been resurrected didn't want anything to do with him. If that wasn't enough, he was excluded and put in a cell with walls made up of a screen with infinite resolution, where, for every life that Thanos extinguished, a single pixel would light up. A'Lars was blind from the light within a week."
A’lars found a way for them to make children there was a civil war between A’lars and his brother (forgot his name) the leader of the eternals A’lars and his people got exiled to mars they blame A’lars for all of the lives thanos has taken cuz A’lars wanted to make a child
@@kinman3051 they were created by celestial they are a race with limited numbers they didn’t like the fact that A’lars was trying to creat life and they were right cuz thanos became a homicidal maniac
Alars (Mentor) is (or was in original canon) an Eternal of Earth. That punch should only inconvenience him while his body reforms. He should have told Thanos to take the problem up with his on/off girlfriend, Death.

@@sinisterisrandom8537 - Not a fan of what has been done with the Eternals ever since Gaiman decided to meddle. I tend to stick with the original Kirby era.
@@daniels7907A’lars may be an eternal but he was also exiled to Saturn so even if he respawns he has to respawn on earth the same place where he is hated for having made thanos
@@unkown981 - That's still another one of Gaiman's retcons to Krby's original conception of the Eternals. Originally, the whole "machine" resurrecting Eternals wasn't even a thing. They respawned on their own unless their atoms were scattered over a VERY wide (i.e. solar system) scale. Although this wouldn't apply to Sui-San because she was an original Eternal from before Kronos accidentally blasted the Eternals on Earth with cosmic energy. This is why the Eternals of Titan were, with the exception of Thanos, less powerful and easier to kill than those on Earth. They were a mix of a powerful Eternal of Earth (Alars) and an archaic Eternal (Sui-San), which resulted in varying power levels.
If I had the time stone I'd use it to lock Thanos in a permanent time loop which would be his last few minutes alive alone and in agony, over and over for eternity. Never dying but always desperately close.
@@SquishyProductions I think his mutant status was squishy at-best and was (at least previously) specific to his psychopathic mindset moreso than his physical appearance.
gee think Thanos becoming "the mad titan" might have something to do with titan's entire culture demonising him for the crime of *checks notes* being born
That doesn't quite explain his descent into interplanetary genocidal madness in chase of his love, the motherfucking physical manifestation of a natural goddamn force, death itself.
@SM-cv8sv His mother literally took one look at him and grabed spmthing sharp to stab him to death minutes after his birth and the culture of titan which demonised aberations was no better he may have been born a Deviant but The Titans taised him to be a monster
@@Mayan_88694 I'm pretty sure the Marvel lore makes the Immortals out to be pretty much unkillable by anything other than the celestials. They're basically energy beings in human form ... Cept it seems for when the writers need them not to be.
He should’ve just said the only cure was to leave to the farthest depths of the universe and wait there for the disease to unravel itself due to different gravity or math reasons or whatever. That would’ve gotten him what he wanted
Thanos got cancer because of those stupid gems he's collecting? Pretty sure those gems were some type of elements that grants beings powers but also cost alot? Of lives with wielding em?
Technically he is from Earth. The mentor left Earth along with many followers to avoid a civil war with his Brother . He settled in Titan, one of Jupiter's moons and founded the colony. Thanos was born a mutant from him
@Dr Tolis whoa whoa!! Your all wrong. He was born on Saturn's moon Titan. What are you talking about? He went to earth after his people returned defeated by earth's heroes. Thus making infinity wars. Pickup a comic and read. I've read his lore and nowhere does it say he was born on earth. Even his recon shows him on Titan. And how he killed his mom by ripping her into pieces.
@@ivanriverajr5012 Read my post again. As I said: it was the Mentor(aka A'lars) was born on Earth and then settled on titan. Thanos is a second generation Earth Immigrant
@Void ah, ok, I thought Red Skull in Infinity War said Thanos, Son of Eros, but he said A'lars, now I get it, Mentor is A'lars. Eros is Starfox, who we met at the end of Eternals.
This is a common misconception about Thanos. You see Thano's loves the embodiment of death but Thanos does NOT want to die. Because once he died he can not make Death fall in love with him. There is an old saying that everyone wants to go to heaven but no one wants to die. It's kind of like a darker version of that
Thanos doesn't love Death anymore and she was the one who made him sick along with his son. He even tried warning his son about her telling him she's using him like she used Thanos.
Wait. Isn't Thanos in love with the personification of Death? Shouldn't he be happy to finally get to be with her? Did they have a bad break up or something? Did Deadpool cuck him?
Seems they nerfed my boy, last I remembered he was banned from death's realm was immortal. Funny how writers just screw over characters for a quick buck.
If I remember the story correctly death had a hand to play in thanos current predicament so he wasn't nerfed. If anything when he got his full power back he fought thane when he was possessed by the phoenix force and did very good despite thane's inexperience.
@@SirDankleberry It's not that strange, if you are Death incarnate and you don't like someone, you will make sure that person doesn't die, because you are death, you don't want him dead, in your "space", your domain, your realm, your whatever cosmic/philosophical thing you represent/are.
