I had the chance to go to HTP Performance (@HTPRacing) to check on the status of Project Daenerys, and I'm happy to announce that the 2023 Turbocharged GSXR 1000R is Almost Complete! The team at HTP Performance has done an AMAZING job with this project build. We're leveraging the Garrett G20B2C Turbo, along with forged internals by CP Carrillo to ensure the motor is built to withstand the power that the turbskis will bring to the bike. In addition to that, we are tuning the bike with the MoTec Standalone ECU, to ensure the bike is dialed in to perfection. To capitalize on roll racing, we'll be using Rolling Anti-Lag. So you know the boost is going to spool up and it'll be a scary sight. when we let her rip. When this build is complete, Daenerys will be pushing 350WHP and will be TEARING UP THE STREETS OF MEXICO!

Make sure you go all out on electronics stability control so you don't spin. r7 is pulling 10's flat right now off a bolt on turbo kit. Just imagine what this could do with the right setup.

Yeah this bike is tuned to perfection, the shop that built it, specializes in building drag bikes and insane street bikes. HTP Racing, the shop that built my bike, is the same shop that built both of Chris Moore’s HyperBusas, as well as his twin turbo GSXR-1000. Plus, the 2023 GSXR 1000R already comes with a lot of technological rider aides. Since it has a standalone ecu, its power and delivery is dialed in pretty well, and in conjunction with the extended swingarm, the power should be able to be put down relatively smoothly lol. At this point, it’ll come down to getting used to the huge jump in power and learning how to best apply throttle. But I mainly plan to use this as a fun street bike and for some 1/2 mile airstrip events. I won’t be taking this bike on the 1/4 mile lol

@@Therealgarrettj23 nice! Your going to love it. A totally different world.. 300-350hp is the perfect hp for street. Enough to def hurt you if not respected, but not enough to be unrideable . Being you have a motec I'm sure they have done a progressive boost ramp to gears/speed. Makes a world of difference in being fast and safe to ride.. Back when I did my turbo builds (a 210whp 86 gsxr750 limited, then a 300hp cbr900/Gsxr 1k hybred.) I did it raw dog ,all in at once, my wrist was my life or death..,lol. As it wasn't easy or affordable at that time.. I got a 2023 Gsx-R1000 and I’ve been looking for some rear brake pedals and it’s so hard to find 2023 parts bro 🤦🏽‍♂️any help ?

I would recommend going on the Suzuki website for your nearest dealership and order the oem brake pads/pedals if you’re wanting the 2023 ones. Other than that, perhaps look at Brembo which are the brakes that come standard on the 2023 GSXR-1000 model

Mine was close to $30k, but for an accurate quote you should contact HTP if you’re looking to get a build by them, that way you can get a quote based on your exact requirements and goals

@@TwoWheelJ no prob bruv! I’ll say this much, if you do a build, definitely ensure you have the supporting mods or go with a builder experienced in that type of build, that way your motor doesn’t detonate
