Thank you. What are the recommended list soluble and insoluble fiber sources you recommend? And for healthy fats are you including saturated and polyunsaturated fats?

So I have the 3 am blood sugar crash symptoms… not clear how I avoid this? Eat a dinner with protein, fat, and fiber? If so I do this and sometimes still have those symptoms? Do I need a before sleep snack with protein and fat? Or I need to have three proper meals throughout the day and the result will be sound sleep?
