Good routine and format. I'll try it for myself tomorrow morning. I quite often do your follow-alongs. You asked for suggestions so...on the ones where you don't talk, it would be good to have a little side window showing what exercise is coming up next. Otherwise, they're all good; I appreciate the lack of overlong introduction, the use of minimal or better still no equipment, and also that I'm not being shouted at by some shirtless guy with his hat around the wrong way!

Awesome and yeah I totally agree with the up next window, I’ve been thinking about that as well. Thanks!

Started this morning after 2 weeks of R&R after completing the Winter Fan Dance. It took me just over 15 minutes, and I owe you 10 burpees. That was vomit inducing and I consider myself reasonably fit. Glad I started it though and I'm hoping it gets easier as the days go by. Thanks Gritty.

Yeah me too, I also struggled a lot the first time I tried it hahaha, those burpees killed me, and then you have to hold still the plank which really sucked, and then die with the wall sit, yeah this is really hard and I also consider myself "fit" and still really struggled, keep it going tho

Just started this today! Already hit my 4 mile marker last week. Trying to shed pounds for recruitment. I went from 250 to 203 in a year and i couldnt even run a lap then im 35 year old man still got some more to go to reach 180. Its time to to move to harder and more challenging goals for selection. Thank you gritty soldier and the others who served!

I love your content sir. I am commissioning as a physician assistant (go in as O2) with no military experience. Could you make a video on your experience with physician assistants in the Rangers and what exactly they do especially on deployments? You could also add in other medical specialties to the video to broaden your audience. Thank you so much, there is no information on PA’s in the rangers out there!

Loved this challenge, my second run through was not early as on pace as the first (I almost kept up with you!). I liked how you included that you'll be doing it three times through, just to compare and give us something to shoot for!

Wow, what a burner. I was running 2 reps ahead on everything until the burpees and then I started flagging. Needed a 30 second break after 20 lol. After that I recovered until the extra time on those wall sits, I was hanging out my arse. Good shit

@GrittySoldier just noticed the spelling mistake lol, definitely gonna edit that now. First saw you when I watched your Fan Dance video. I was born and raised about 40 minutes away from Pen Y Fan in the capital, Cardiff. I've just done 3 of your kettlebell workouts back to back and damn man, they're hard af

"You're not gonna need any equipment for this workout...!" Me, both THRILLED and also: gulp! (NO excuses!!! There IS no waiting on that wishlist kettlebell or portable pull up door lift, er, "new gym membership" [yeah, right] two months from now!) Today, Junior!! "....all gonna some motivation and some space!" Won't find any other bonafide and field-tested workout trainer available to us right now!

8:28…was all good until the burpees, plank was more difficult than expected because of the increased heart rate from the burpees (coming from a guy who maxes the plank on ACFT)

If I want to make it through RASP, ho many circuits should I shoot for as a minimum? So far I made it through 1 and have a bit of evergny left. I finally understood why the training is so harsh, if someone falls they need to rely on a person to fight on, carry them, and finish the mission even on empty.

Just finished a second go, I did not have it in me to do burpees again so I could only do 13
