Wow, I am trying to heal from a bad virus and went back to urgent care today because my breathing has been so labored with shortness of breath and pain throughout my chest but no congestion in my chest to cause it. Drs said my lungs sound clear. Yet I cant hardly do simple daily tasks without feeling like im gasping for air and about to pass out. You always post what we need just in time! Bless you Dr. Berg!🙏

I had this problem for six months guys. I understand how you feel and how it drains everything and makes you feel miserable. But do not give up! I am still not 100% sure what's my problem is, but it's 95-98% of normal breathing now. Here is what I did for six month: 1) I checked my lungs (xray and breathing test) all was good and clean. So I figured probably not lungs, although I've been smoking for 12 years. 2) I checked my heart ecg and it was okay too. And when I do exercises, I don't feel worse, but actually better! 3) I checked my gallbladder and found 3 stones, one of them disolvee by now. Working on others, even tho they are 1,1 cm. I drank tudca, but it didn't help my breathing. 4) Then i thought it could be one of two things. Costochodritis or silent reflux. 5) I checked my stomach and found h pylori and reflux. I started treating h pylori, before treating reflux, cause that's what dr berg sugessted. 6) after the treatment, I feel better, my stool is better and breathing came from 80% to 90% of normal. 7) then I started drinking apple cider vinegar (now when he pylori is gone) and added betaine hcl few days ago. I also started keto (or more like carnivore with dairy) and 3 times a week gym + 5 times a week walking 10000 steps. Also added pull ups and hanging. Now I feel 95-98%, but I ordered back-pod on Amazon, which is what you need for costochodritis according to Steve August. So I suggest you to use this miserable condition as a tool and motivation to change the way you live! For sure check your lungs and heart first, then you can try other stuff. I would also suggest doing Wim Hof breathing technique, it gives me relief. From supplements, I take zinc, selene, d3, tudca, acv, betaine hcl. For anyone who is going through this, I ask to stay calm and strong. No one will take care of your health, except you. Feel free to ask questions or just like, so others might find something useful or relate and comment.

Thanks for sharing this info, I have shortness of breath and I am suffering a right now. Just as I have been the past 2 months :(. I still exercise but not as much and not as intense as I used to, before I started having this breathing problem. I love to play soccer and workout and I choose to power through my shortness of breath sometimes when I do play soccer or workout. But again, I don't push as hard as I used to compared to when I used to breathe normally (Sometimes my breathing does get actually better with excersie but sometimes in a way.) To get to the point, Ive checked my heart and lungs through X-ray, and my lungs and heart is good. Then I checked my CO2 levels and its within normal rage which means I probably don't need to take Tudca, so I am thinking I do have a digestive issue which I think I do since I get bloated very easily and full fast. I feel like I can't digest food that efferently. So did you check your stomach by doing some type of test at your doctors and if so what test was it? Also, since you had a problem with your stomach, did you feel a burning sensation, or felt bloated most of the time? Thanks for your time. I really appreciate it if you replied to me, I have been suffering lately with this breathing problem that I have been dealing with these past 2 months. :(

@@ericoropeza8303 Hi there. Yes, I had some bloating and a little pain, when i press my stomach laying down. I did the test (fiberoptic gastroduodenoscopy), is when you swallow the tube and doc checks your stomach. I would suggest checking that as well. Watching Dr.Berg and others suggest that breathing problems could be due to the silent reflux, which you probably have, if you get bloated and burning sensation. I am myself not fully recovered, but i'm 93-95% of a normal. Going to check my stomach next month to see if i cured H pylori and reflux.Oh and i def couldn't digest food as well as i am now, so maybe our problem is similar. Go see gastroenterologist, and let me know what you found later on)

@@ilka_tv9819 Thanks, I really appreciate it, its been hard for me these past 2 months. Not being able to breathe, going to the doctors all the time just to see what's wrong but nothing yet. My doctors haven't told me what's wrong with me yet. My next appointment is not until 2 weeks from now. I'm just so confused on what's causing me to have difficulty breathing, so thats why I am doing everything possible to see what can cure me. Like doing what Dr. Eric Berg is saying. I could feel it in my stomach, and somethings off on my right side of my lung. I just started drinking Apple cider vinegar today, 1 tbsp mixed with water, so hopefully that can help because there might not be enough acid in my stomach. Also thanks, I will consider getting my self a gastroenterologist's doctor if this apple cidar vinigar doesn't help in like a week. I just hope this works.

@@ericoropeza8303 hi again. I understand your feelings. It's really scary and frustrating, I'm still working on my issue, although it is better, it's not 100%. I would suggest you to check your stomach anyway. If they find reflux or h pylori, they will presribe you omeprozol, which blocks acid reflux, and if your breathing caused by it, it will help you a lot. But don't forget that it's not the best solution, it's better to drink ACV and Betaine hcl and restore acid in your stomach. I, personally, took omeprozol for two weeks as prescribed for h pylori eradication and I felt so much better, I almost wanted to cry haha. Then ive stopped and now drink ACV + two betaine hcl.

I can also share some things that worked for me. NUMBER 1: wean yourself off of sugar to having near 0. Number 2: Massage to drain your lymphatic system works wonders in giving relief from symptoms. So, learn about the act of massage on your glands under your jaw line, these glands are responsible for drainage. You can locate them by feeling for what should feel like a large olive on either side under your jawline. If you massage them in circular motion for a count of around 40/ then take fingers and gently- but firmly pull down from those olive-shaped gland down to the breast bone (if you don't know it; that is the bone that kind of shaped like a bow), do this for a count of 40 (again, gently but firmly) If it feels uncomfortable I'd just lessen the pressure. Then what I do is; I take the tips of my fingers, finding the soft spot just about the center of the sternum (the little hollowed out area) & gently poke fingers into that area all across to the end of your breast bone and back again. ****This actually works. If you do this and let yourself relax, perhaps listen to something peaceful while you do it. Healing your body is very much connected to healing your spirit, your emotions. Number 3: This is what I have used. You have to do your own research to see what you think you can tolerate. I use Black castor oil wraps on my neck at night. Again, you have to decide for yourself. All I can tell you is that it worked for me. Best to you.

When I got myocarditis, I found that coq10 in high doses (over 250mg) got rid of the heavy chest feeling. A year and a half later, I have no pains. It takes a long time for the heart to heal. And it can only heal if you're avoiding anything that causes inflammation in the body. While at the same time correcting deficiencies. Magnesium at 1,000mg a day completely got rid of my ectopic beats and palpitations. And benfotiamine at 1,000 plus my finally got rid of my accelerated heart rate as well as shortness of breath. All about dosage. I was in your exact shoes for well over a year.

I was diagnosed with pneumonia then I had the common cold. Then I went to a pulmonologist and she told me I had bronchitis and not pneumonia. I do have asthma for over 20 years. But I’ve been having shortness of breath for four weeks now. They did a lung function test at the pulmonologist visit And said that my lungs are working at 120%. She says I am good. So she told me that it’s all in my head. She upset me so much and she just blew me off. I was very unhappy about that. Now I have a regular doctors appointment on Wednesday and don’t know what to do at this point. I was in the ER twice with my shortness of breath and the last two weeks. I don’t feel anxious. Don’t feel upset. Yes we all have things going on in our lives. That might be slightly stressful. But I’ve been having constant shortness of breath for four weeks. And the only time I feel better is when I’m on prednisone.but I am a diabetic. So I do not want to be on prednisone. At this point, I don’t know what is going on with me. Can really be all in my head? Or is there something else going on? Should I get a second opinion for another pulmonologist?

I have a weird thing happen where I choke and then start "wheezing" and can't get air. I don't really choke but if a bit of salt or fruit juice or just about anything touches the back of my throat wrong it slams shut and I can't breathe. It might happen a couple times a year or a few times a day depending. Dr's can't figure it out and throat specialist says nothing wrong with my throat but calls it wheezing and says it probably won't kill me but it is scary. I have learned some techniques on line to get it to subside but it is really really frightening. Do you have any insight to this? Love your videos. Thanks. Edited to add this has been going on for 30 years at least. First time I was drinking water with lemon in it at a restaurant. Paramedics were called but it had passed by the time they came.

Thank you, Dr. Berg! I think God is greatly using you for all our benefits! Years ago, before covid, I had just awaken and the Lord gave me a word: "Dib" I didn't know what that meant and looked it up and found it was an abbreviation for "difficulty in breathing". Just yesterday, I told my husband that maybe it was meant for him. He just had a stroke which caused left side facial droop and in the hospital he had to be given oxygen as he stopped breathing in his sleep. He is doing much better with just a slight droop remaining; but does need to be tested for sleep apnea, and AFIB. He also has Barrett's syndrome with GERD. He claims it doesn't bother him and isn't taking the Pepcid that was ordered! He is now taking his HBP medicine with at least one 81 mg aspirin a day: not taking the statins that were ordered. He is trying to cut out sweets/starches and sodas, and eating more meats/healthy fats as per your videos. He was drinking about 7 sodas a day and store bought cake about 3 times a day! I wonder if he just followed your instructions that all of these problems would go away! Doubt he will ever go full Keto, though!❤❤❤

After blood analysis i have anemia and I take supplements 2 months now but before that i still had anemia but not this breathing problem. A cardiologist told me everything good with my heart. A pneumonologist after listening to me and doing spyrometrisis said everything perfect and maybe I have mild asthma as the allergiologist said the same. I’m slightly allergic to some things. Today mostly I worked out I feel like I gasp for air more. This started 2 months ago and it hasn’t gone away…. I used to not able to take in deep full breaths. Like it get stuck halfway if i try to take deep ones. Only time i am able to is when I yawn. It is frustrating at times when i want or needed that extra oxygen. Then 2 years ago, i meet with a tcm practitioner at a party. She owns a shop in my town. Sells herbs and medicine but also provide healing services. That was when i discover guasha. After every session, I can feel my body rejuvinate. Sleep appetite energy and everything improved even my eyesight seemed to have improved lol. But the one thing i felt the most is my breathing..i can take full breaths anytime I want just like yawning. She initially suggested me to do accupuncture but i excuse saying afraid but truth is i saw that guasha is way cheaper lol. Ever since that day, ive been doing guasha every now and then. Brutal at first and some parts of body but after getting used to it, the pain is pleasure huhu.

😮 my breathing issue is like my brain suddenly stops telling my lungs to take a breath. I used to panic and start desperately gasping for breath. But, now I know to stay calm and force myself to take breaths to the count of 4 until my lungs start breathing on their own again. I often stop breathing in my sleep, but always wake up when I gasp for breath. Even as a baby I have stopped breathing - I suspect my hyper adrenal system causing me to breathe too fast storing too much oxygen so that my brain tells my lungs to stop breathing. When enough carbondyoxide is built up then my brain tells me to breathe again. But I am only theorizing since my doctor doesn't want to bother figuring it out past a single sleep studdy test.

I am suffering from this SOB since 2020( inception of Covid). I went to see a pulmonologist, got my Lung and other tests done, everything is normal .This goes all around the day, however, when I am asleep this doesn't affect me. I have taken Homeopathic medicine as well but didn't help out. As Dr. Berg called it out , I feel yawning every time .Some doctors told me that this could be due to anxiety and should go away eventually. But I am sure I am not suffering with anxiety . I usually stay happy and content with no stress than a normal human being does . Its been a while now and really want to fix this, once in for all. Dr. Berg- can you help me know if this SOB does actually goes away when we tend to sleep or am I going through something else altogether that is not mentioned in this video? I've had that condition, caused by anemia, which was caused by an old home heating system that was sucking the oxygen out of our home, while emitting a continual, low-level carbon monoxide leak. The home was also never properly vented, above, nor below. The previous owner had lived there for 40 years, and had Alzheimers. Her husband had died of lung cancer. CO poisoning can cause both of those conditions. #4 Doesn't exist, though.

Misstyg…. Covid is a thing. I know what you are getting at… But the truth is they did release something. Call it the flu that was upfitted for the pandemic shut down… But there was something that was manipulated and released. Probably just a flu virus that they played around with as you know regular flu disappeared. I’ve had the flu many times in my life and the one time that I got Covid… Well there was definitely a difference in symptoms and longevity of the symptoms.
