I having been doing these exercises for a number of years now. I have extended my exercises by doing 25 reps of the 4 exercises, and I do 5 repetitions instead of 3. I also use 2 1.5 kg dumbells. I do this all in less than 7 minutes. But only twice per day, 6 days a week! Wonderful!
This is great, I had been searching for something like this over the last couple of weeks. This is just my style and fits with my limitations. It's that old saying - use it or lose it, once you lose your mobility you lose some of your independence, so doing something is better than doing nothing. Thank you so much. stay safe. 💕🤗
Yay! This is great! I retired a couple years ago and haven’t been very active. Daughter and I went kayaking the other day and it was really tough getting out of that boat! Thanks!
👋I was looking for a half apron tutorial on RU-vid and found you. I like the way you teach, so I subscribed to your channel. While searching your other videos I came across this 4 minute exercise, THANK YOU!!! I watched a couple of videos on Dr. Zach Bush's RU-vid channel and subscribed there too. I also checked out his website. THANK YOU Jan!!! Glenn's Mrs.🌻🙂
Just found this quick workout.. LOVE it! I sit at a computer all day, then sit in the evenings at my sewing machine all night. This quick exercise is JUST what I needed to get me moving! Thank you!
I am from Brazil! Can nitric acid be measured? Does it have a benefit on the circulatory system? About 6 months ago, huge varicose veins appeared on my inner thighs and in 4 parts they are well deformed with an increase in volume! It's bothering me a lot, my feet feel the effect with paresthesia in the toes and soles of the feet in addition to my quality of life having diminished, I don't walk like I used to! Can acid help?
No bending your legs during the arm movements - that knee bend is not Zachs workout - perfect form is important and not to injure yourself. You should share his link to the 4 min work out.
It depends on what your workout regimen is. It is good to move your body in all different ways so you're not working the same muscles all the time. This is a good cardiovascular exercise that you can replace some of your other cardio routines.
Regarding squats....squats are one of THE most effective exercises given the engagement of large muscle groups. Important to keep form correct, and use an assist (banister or deck rail) to maintain balance/form.
Agree. Dr. Bush doesnt bend his knees on any except squats. Also, I heard you should nasal breathe on these…not sure how accurate it is. Makes sense though.
