WOW. that Daystate Delta Wolf, just. wow. we airgunners have absolutely been SPOILED rotten with innovation in the past few years, but no matter how normalized that seems, the Delta Wolf is truly amazing. fantastic stuff, well done, Daystate. you've outdone yourselves, and i hope it pays off through astronomical sales
Love the Channel!Thank you for continuing to provide the air gun community with such enjoyable and valuable content. With that said, that Daystate is only missing the button to make game fall over dead, and is no more an air gun than a CVA OPTIMA is a muzzle loader.
Thanks for the videos and all the info. I have shot over 50 greys since watching using a feeder similar to yours. The feeder at the bottom of my garden as supplied over 20. Thanks again
That gun is a tinkerers dream. A lot of money for sub 12 but in FAC it’s a stunning gun and they’ve clearly invested a lot into getting it right, I think they’ve got a winner there. You should use a thermal spotter for the roving squirrel hunt, I managed to get my hands on one and they are a revelation!
Great review of the Daystate Delta Wolf. Wow it has a lot of features packed into a great looking rifle. I can't wait to handle one in person. It looks to be a tack driver right out of the with factory settings, love the built in chronograph. Amazing work Daystate...🏆
Yes!!!!! I´m a big fan of Daystate and now I have a big reason to do overtime at work to get the need money together to buy this beauty pies of british engeneering
Great to see the Delta Wolf but tell Tony we need to see alot more on this beauty before committing. I'm especially interested in FAC Versions. Best wishes from Northern Ireland.
You are so damned lucky to get to try this gun. This will be my next gun in an FAC version. God bless. You lucky bugger! I hope you make the next video in a few days, not a fortnight.😂
After seeing this I'm starting to become a fan of the rifle. At first I was not, I still dont care for a electric trigger but I think I might get one and give it a go
It’s all about what we each enjoy and for me that much technology is a turn-off. £2500 for a sub-12ftlb air rife for hunting? I think it’s what they call “the law of diminishing returns.” I love Daystate stuff and have owned several including 2 FAC models but for me this is a step too far - I wonder whether it’s aimed primarily at the American market? I can’t see a big market for it over here but good luck to them for what they’ve put into R+D.
A brilliant day out shooting mate! I own an FX Impact MkII .30cal. and a Daystate RedWolf .303HP. I love both guns...but In hindsight, I would never ever again buy another gun that relies on electronics like my DayState RedWolf. I have had moments like showing up at my gun club only to find that the battery (which showed it was charged just the day before) was dead...can't shoot without a charged battery, but I could still shoot my FX Impact! Cheers again Mat for all the hard work that goes into these videos...! Cheers, Mark
Hi Matt, great show this week as usual. What I'd like to know when watching all the hunting sections is things like, what time of day was the film made and the time of year, this would be useful to us viewers to understand more about when is best to head out, personally I'll go anytime as I need no excuse but I've had many a squirrel session where I've come up short despite setting up well stocked feeders for multiple weeks prior. Hope to see more of these details in future episodes but most importantly, thanks and keep up the good work. Cheers Karl
I just finished watching his initial impressions. After having shot the Red Wolf 🐺 for the past three years, I can not wait to get one of the new Delta Wolf rifles in my hands. For me, the question comes down to which caliber? 🤤. My current lean is towards a .22 caliber for bench shooting. However with the exchangeable barrel system, I might just pick up a second barrel to give it a go. There is nothing better than that electronic trigger.
Yes this is a state of the art Airgun....is it worth what they are asking for it...yes to some... not me. Some people want to keep up with the Jones so to speak....got to have the best of the best for bragging rights I guess. This is an incredible platform...can’t take that away from it. Is it anymore accurate than say a Gauntlet at 50 yards? I doubt it and if so not by much. I love where the technology is taking the airgun industry...I really do but this is simply too much for a pellet gun! I’m not complaining...not at all. I’m just saying what others aren’t. Thank you for the video, your hard work, and the info. If I hit the lottery and have stupid money to spend...I will probably be an owner of this platform just because I can, until then...I will be happy with what ever gets the job done and makes me happy. This was really a very informative and enlightening review that showed me a lot about this platform. I thank you. God bless.
You have an interesting game bag in this video. please give details if possible and I hope Nikki is suitably remunerated for her time and film directing skills.
Nice shooting there Matt, you know I'm pretty open to technology but i feel like the delta wolf is complicating things a bit here, and at the end a good quality air arms can edge it in terms of accuracy and durability even weight wise 3.7kg is too heavy to walk around with, I'm not sure why would anyone in the uk would pay that much money to get a sub 12 but it's a personal choice.
Iv owned. Daystate Grand Prix that had a similar internal chronograph set up - cleaning it was abit of a pain - it needed a special brush and the chronograph could get easily damaged or read incorrectly . Is there any information on how to clean these new barrels on this model ?
my 1st thought on seeing the gun was were the cheek rest is and were the scope mounts. you looked as i expected to be just about in the right place but someone like me with a much larger head (62cm) would struggle to line up. i experienced this with the 1st verminator and had to use higher mounts and a riser rail.. so with that in mind what are your thoughts would jst higher mounts do. cheers del
Hi Matt just purchased a daystate Delta wolf sub 12ft .177 battery goes flat under 200 shots also you don't get the factory settings mode so i cannot see how i could change this to a .22 unfortunately on utube all you see is fac i would think that the majority of airrifles are sub 12ft i tried to contact daystate but no reply yet this delta wolf might be going back very disappointed my pulser has never let me down renegade also very good 😞☹️ my local gun store will not sell their products so to purchase this i had to make a trip 200 plus go back for a problem if I have to go back the gun is staying
