The video game Marvel's Spider-Man, created by Insomniac Games and released by Sony Interactive Entertainment, is based on the Spider-Man character from Marvel Comics. The first licensed game created by Insomniac, it was made available for the PlayStation 4 in every country on September 7, 2018.
Spider-Man can be controlled anywhere in Manhattan, New York City, in the open-world action-adventure game Marvel's Spider-Man. Spider-Man uses a variety of web-based tools and his brawler moveset to battle foes. At significant points in the narrative, the player can also take control of Miles Morales, Mary Jane Watson, and Peter Parker in his non-Spider-Man persona.
