In this one we are introducing a simple yet powerful approach to building movement and acrobatic sequences - no matter your level!
The term ‘sketching’ is taken from the illustration world as a means of conducting the initial strokes, outlines, or shapes to assist in creating a finished piece.
‘Sketching’ for movement purposes is the means of conducting the initial moves (etchings) of a sequence that welcomes repetition and alterations as the session of discovery continues. It shapes sequences spontaneously based on the current direction of momentum, shift in axises, and overall physical and mental capacities on that day.
