Own a 2019 one, have had a lot of fast cars over the years including 3 m cars. The Giulia qv is the best car I have ever owned, it feels mid engined,insane grip and agility. Doesn’t feel like a saloon, more super car like. Engine is a master piece. Balance and steering are just nuts. Race mode , dampers on mid, Michelin pilot 4s tires…one of the very best driving experiences under 100k

I am on my second QV. the first one 2017 in tricoat red and second one 2023 in Montreal green. it has a performance bargain. Never a trip to the repair shop for anything ever. It truly is a drivers car and future classic

Sake JB. I’ve wanted one of these since they were announced & I’m a couple years away from a proper car investment, this has made me want to work so hard to bring it closer 😂👏🏼

I also have a 2017 MY, but with carbon ceramic brakes and carbon bucket seats. It's a blast to drive and own, and it's by far the best car I've ever owned. Even after lowering the car by 2 cm (ST springs from KW) and installing 20 inch forged wheels with ultra-low profile tires (245/30/20 at the front and 295/25/20 at the rear) the comfort is still surprisingly good, probably because of the incredible Giorgio chassis. Of course, you have to be careful with speed bumps and entering underground garages. Is there really nothing wrong with the Quadrifoglio? Absolutely, at high speeds on winding roads (highway in the Alps) you have to be very careful with the razor-sharp steering. That would have been fixed on the more recent versions. In addition, the nose dives a little too much under heavy braking. I was able to solve that after installing the GTA(m) suspension software. Finally, I also found it annoying that the revs are limited in the first 5 gears in Dynamic mode and that the valves only open at higher revs (whereas they are continuously open in Race mode). That has now also been resolved: the rev limiter has been removed, while from now on I can operate the valves myself with a button in any driving mode. So I no longer have to drive in the dangerous Race mode to get the most out of the car in terms of performance and sound experience.

Would love to see you drive more older analogue cars with also more soul and engagement. Something like an ISF comes to mind immediately which I think is incredibly underrated

such value and such performance, such an underated car and a car I would go for than the usual AMG, RS and M cars. Also I think a quadrifoglio was involved in that A406 crash last week. The hood resembles the hood on the Alfa

My mates got rid of his C63 for one of these. Thought he was mad but it’s brilliant. Can’t wait for the Nurburgring 👍

REALLY fancied one of these, but decided on a 981 Cayman S. No regrets so far. If I was thinking more about practicality and if my kids were still at home, it would have been the QV

Cool and accurate review, except for the M3 Touring at 1:33. You needed an M3 Competition RWD saloon. And from MY20, these Giulia are better built including inside.

From which year is it unit? It may be un-used, but looking at the headlights it’s not the latest version.

If the dealer network was good enough (i.e. these were available with an actually useful manufacturer warranty) then I might have bought one of these. Also worth noting that, even for what it is, the fuel economy seems to be abysmal! Basically this is an awesome car, but it's definitely one of those cars where the value is low because the ownership costs more than offset that so you've got to know you'll still love it after it bankrupts you and spends most of the time in the garage unless you're near a really good specialist! I actually found the sound a little disappointing too - it's a little grunty, which isn't my thing. Really, I was expecting it to sound nicer than the Cayman, but this is an 8/10 on sound vs that being possibly 10/10 for me. It certainly isn't a big enough factor to affect any buying decision though...after all, I bought a decat 4-pot instead 🤣 I may have to have another test drive in one of these next time I'm shopping...

I have a stelvio qv, awd , rarely wheel spins and feels planted. Feels easier and safer than my old rwd giulia veloce 280hp lol

I love these but it has the same issue as all the others! It’s a saloon! What is the point? Still to this day, I’ve been a petrol head for decades and still don’t understand the point of a saloon car. Lush though!

The Giulia quadrofuglio is a beautiful car, indeed. However, Alfa Romeo’s are not known for reliability and if the car does develop a mechanical or electrical issue, it can be very expensive to maintain. Also, quality of the build and fitment is questionable compared to the other luxury makes. So if you have extra cash to spend and don’t care about losing it, and just want to enjoy driving a super car , then the Alfa GQ is it.

Reliability, not build quality that's, always been Alfa's issue.

Stop misleading people, do you not watch other RU-vidrs. The M3 Touring is way faster than 3.8 seconds, it is 4 wheel drive and the saloon version has done under 3 seconds on a few occasions.
