I saw this as well… Mark was initially stalking her… He literally FOUGHT for her for years, was upset whenever she was with Jeff… He got engaged to her got married got her pregnant and literally destroyed her soul from the inside out! Sophie is so tragic!

There's a lot of hate for Mark but imo they all represent different sins and no one of them is much better than the other: Mark is a coward with Hamlet's overthinking problem, Jez is a child who doesn't think at all, and Sophie is a sociopath who manipulates people into getting what she thinks she wants, only to have it blow up in her face. There's a bit of them in all of us.

I've spoken to numerous people who claim to be fans of Olivia Coleman. They know her from her roles in films that received widespread acclaim. Imagine my surprise then that they haven't then obsessively trawled her filmography and seen a cult comedy series she featured in. I am confused and irate

Yeah, and I've always wondered why Peep Show hasn't been watched by 8 billion people? I often go around asking strangers in the street if they have watched Peep Show. I also have the following things to say about Peep Show: Super Hans does drugs sometimes, Jeremy could have been a better friend to Mark, I don't like Dobby. I much prefer it when they put a clip up from a single episode so I can write the episode number and title in a comment and like it with my 12 alternative accounts.

Olivia is an awesome actress but Sophie takes the cake for being my most hated character, listening to and seeing her cry triggers my fight of flight response I stg 🤢
