Just installed mine, can't believe how easy it was. Best phone mount ever. Keeps the phone firmly in place and it's in the perfect position.

Had this mount for 4 months and it works perfectly plus it blocks no controls and the vent isn’t blowing hot or cold on your phone. I use the usb in the passenger leg well.

If they're using a standard sized ball mount, it should also be fairly easy to swap out for a mechanical style holder if you don't want the magnetic style.

I just installed this and it works great with my Galaxy Note 10+ including the case. Pretty fast and straight forward install.

As always great video and very informative. Definetly a differnt kind of phone mount, to what you normally see. Kinda like the 90's big phone mounts, but in a slim nicer version.

Ordering it as I write this comment haha can’t wait to install it to my F30 335i 🙌🏼 And great comment/ on highlighting that it wouldn’t interfere with wireless charging since most of us use that awesome charging feature on iPhones

I used the old method and just used 3m tape on the console. Been working well.

I've seen this mount before but didn't want to do it because of wireless charging interference and having to add a metal ugly plate to the back of my iPhone XS Max. Adding a small circle like that is a good idea, may try it now.

I got a similar mount for my f30, if not the same one. Can't remember. Since the ball joint on the mount is pretty universal I put a wireless charger phone mount on it instead of the magnetic mount. Adds a bit of bulk but works great.

I've had this for a few months now! I love it but it's a bit shaky, do you/anyone who's has this have this problem? All the bolts are tight and secured! Any ideas to help it?

I bought one of these a year ago for my 2019 f36. I'm not sure if everyone has the same problem but mine doesn't sit perfectly flush. There is about a 1cm gap that's created by the mount. Does anyone else have this issue our did I install it improperly?

There is a link on this video that takes you to a site that is controlled by Keis, which sells this item. You can contact them directly with questions, but the website also tells you what vehicles they make mounts for, so you might not even need to contact anyone because you should be able to see if your car is listed.

Been looking for a great phone mount. But the only thing bothered me about the video is there is no close up video or pics of how it looks mounted. Everything is a side view and really hard to see once after it’s installed

When I used a metal plate to do this magnetic holder and wirelessly charged it my phone overheated and had to be replaced. IOTW, don’t do this IF wirelessly charging.

Nice video, but I can't say it's the best phone mount by far. I am using a "tripod" style mount, which is very easy to install (hooked onto the ac vent), very stable, no metal pad needed, and if you install it to the middle-right vent, it blocks only few radio preset buttons which are rarely used.

Only issue I came across with this piece is @6:34 it leaves a minor gap in between your head unit and the center console trim. I give it a 9/10 for aesthetically pleasing. Other than that thumbs up.
