Swapped a few of my usual band routine exercises with the isolation exercise in the video and crazy how much better i felt before 🏀 practice! Are there any gems for the hips/hip flexors especially for lateral movements such as defensive slides? Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

I do overcoming and yielding ISOs every day on the knee extension machine or I’ll put my put under a bleacher and do an overcoming iso and my knees feel greattt. I also just do a SL calf raise hold with 10-20lbs for my Achilles/calf and foot. ISOs are a key!!!

can this be called a general warmup? or should we always alternate with some movements depending on what kind of workout we have. So does it vary if we are training explosiveness, with some reaction training, or some heavy lifting then plyos?? how do we go about doing that
This warm up can be used for all of the above. It’s always good to do skill like drills before sport or lifts, but as a global warm up for the body to achieve Inc muscle temp, innervation, mobilizing, and potentiation this hits the mark
