I like the versatility of this dough and that it can be made ahead during busy company coming times. I tend to stress alot more than I did when I was younger, so having things prepped before everyone gets here really helps thank you!

Thanks for the reminder about making other shapes to the rolls with the bread dough. Also that I can freeze dough. I never know what to do with all the dough, it is just my hubby and myself.

I used your recipe to make the rolls for two Thanksgiving dinners. Put the dough in the refrigerator after the first rise and it was so easy to set the rolls to rise a few hours before dinner and have fresh rolls for both meals. Such a soft dough and so good! Thank you!

I have a favorite recipe from long ago that sat in the fridge in Tupperware. That refrigerated soak made for great bread. Time to go back to it. Good reminder. Will try this one without the egg. I really have to find a replacement I can use (no flax).

oh yes! These look like a real winner ... I really like the idea of making a batch and having it in the refrigerator to make a small amount each day of the week. My people love having a roll or biscuit with dinner but I don't like having a big batch each time (since they then seem to inhale them)

What was temperature on the oven to bake it? This came at perfect time. I am making rolls and cinnamon rolls for family. I don't make bread very often because it is only my husband and I most of the time. I appreciate your advise and help on storing the dough for later.
