I love both coffee and chocolate.
So, I'm really happy when I make a cake with those ingredients.
Especially, this cake is my husband's favorite cake.
You can feel the richer chocolate taste with chocolate lady finger cookies instead of regular lady finger cookies.
Cookies soaked in coffee syrup don't know how tasty after a day.
The soft and moist cake is really love.
This cake is similar to ice cream, so if you freeze it slightly in the freezer, you can taste a different taste..
I made the side with a comb pattern.
I sprinkled on the cocoa powder and it was nicely finished.
Don't miss out on the video how to sprinkle cocoa powder on the sides.
They also topped Copeau (curls) with chocolate decorations.
It was simple in its own right, but it matched the pattern on the side well.
