I think what he's saying is you have to focus on yourself, women will come and talk to you, I know it's unfamiliar to most men, but it happens. I think the only time you should approach a woman is when she's giving you a clear invitation to do so, even Rom says that in his books. I found that to be very true. But for the most I'd say, focus on growing and making yourself better

I tell men to approach women using the *Damn Principle.* Only approach a woman if she is so fine that the first word out of your mouth is "Damn!" Rom Wills I like the damn principal, but it made me realize that I've only met 2 women in the last 6 years that apply to the Damn Principal. the first one is a artsy famous choreographer that recently came out as a lesbian She was so FINE it mesmerized me ! the other was FINE AS HELL and was obviously into me (BRUH she kept giving me those "come and get big daddy" eyes) but was arrogant because of her beauty, causing her to think she can play games with guys and get away with it, while wishing the guy she's shacking up with would marry her even though he's made it quite clear that he never ever will 😑 Unfortunately, not all that glitters is gold......
