If you do these slowed down, with a resistance band and even add holding the arms and legs out, it will do the same thing for beginners or for endurance training.
What I love about this is that I’m reminded of things I used to be able to do, but also I could modify and start again today without even leaving my house. You manage to hit aspirational and motivational and practical. LOVE IT.
you'd love my "around the world" ab workout. lay down, sit up slightly, knees bent in. using a weighted ball, or dumbell. Move the weight around your knees as you bring them to your chest (circular motion) do 10 one direction, and then 10 the other direction. Try those out, and let me know what you think.
