A vegan lobster roll made from hearts of palm is a delicious and sustainable plant-based alternative to the classic seafood dish. Hearts of palm are the tender, inner core of certain palm trees, and they have a texture and flavor that is reminiscent of lobster meat.
To make my vegan lobster roll, I use hearts of palm, chopped into small pieces and then mixed with vegan mayonnaise, diced celery, and a blend of spices to create a flavorful filling. The mixture is then served on a soft, toasted bun and garnished with fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
1 can of hearts of palm, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoon vegan butter
1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
1 stalk of celery, finely diced
2 scallions, finely chopped optional
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoon Furikake Japanese seasoning or 1package of roasted seaweed
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 soft buns, toasted
Fresh herbs, such as dill or chives
Fresh Lettuce

I’m so excited to try this recipe. I have a shellfish allergy and have never been able to eat anything lobster. I love your channel!!! This is my second time going vegan and I’m determined to eat delicious homemade meals and stay away from vegan junk food!

Looks great! ❤️ Tip: You can use crab and seafood boil bag (found at grocer) to season (by boiling on stove) the hearts of palm before placing in the skillet. It gives it more of a seafood flavor. You can still use the furikake as well. I will also try it your way and use Old Bay.

Looks so good. Watched a few of your videos and now I am a subscriber. You are fun to watch. And your recipes look amazing but simple. I've been vegan 20ish years for the animals, and still miss seafood. I've been eating hearts of palm in mash potato form and pasta form and rice. Gotta try this lobster, and so.e scallops to. Wow those fresh vegs are beautiful and healthy looking. I'm going to try the lobster roll and you just gave me an idea for crab cakes which I haven't had in such a long time. By the way I believe it's pronounced FUR-REE-COCK-KEE...this is how the cashier at the korean market pronounced it. I bought some Nori Komi Furikake to go on my rice. Anyway, you are a God Send...most recipes I found use mudhrooms and I'm not a fan of them. I do use hearts of palm and jackfruit and walnuts as a meat substitute but not many pepole use these in their recipes. Looking forward to seeing more from you.😘
