I had friends that saw him at the Gulf State Fair in Mobile Alabama in 54,54,56? Not sure when . When he was done he would ride Bumper Cars over and over at Fairgrounds!

Hi Trey, This is so historic for Elvis fans and really anyone interested in the musical roots where rock n' roll started. There should be a historical marker placed in that car park just wondering if anyone remembers attending the concerts Elvis gave there and if any other photos are in private collections. I was thinking the other night when Elvis attended Vancouver Canada in 1957 over three nights someone must have made a recording somewhere I can't believe that never happened. What do you think? Very interesting video, just wonder about the guitar in the picture. It looks like it has the leather cover, which I thought he got for the Martin D-18 he bought at O.K. Houck in January '55, trading in the 000-18. I may be wrong, please add details, anyone?
