He may not be compromising the word of GOD but he’s teaching about morals and values than the Word of GOD. And some people like this type of teaching where the Pastor continues to point out the names of these people and their sins against GOD and their flaws and shortcomings because human beings have a tendency to want to hear the sins and flaws of others because magnifying their wrong doing helps us feel a little bit better about our wrong doing, and it takes the focus off us and this helps to justify our own sins and disobedience. Because humans may think to themselves things like, well my sin not as bad as his sin, I may cheating on my wife , but at least I’m not a homosexual, or they may say well he or she is really wrong because they are supposed to be preachers , or they may say well I may have cheated on my taxes or lied on my resume but at least I have not committed adultery cheated , or been a homosexual, etc.

Yes, the Bishop is correct. Those that make mockery of the Bible will reap its consequences for sure. As for Kirk, that information should have been kept private.
