Facts!!! out of all the sane blacks folks that’s actually trying you invite a rapper named Glorilla and this is the face our people 🤦🏾♂️ even the white house laughs at us.
I would beg to differ with that. I think that the so-called black community is really split into two groups. First, ninjas, who are absolutely ashamed of nothing--but they are also offended by nothing, which is part of the problem, because they just don't care what the rest of the world thinks of them. Second, decent black people, who are often offended by seemingly everything, but that's due to being incorrectly lumped in with the ninjas.
@@patrickdavenport6254I think ninja's are highly offended (by almost) anything, which is what makes them so aggressive and prone to violence. A man that can be objective understands what is and what isn't personal, but the average hood dude/girl doesn't bother thinking objectively about anything and so they take EVERYTHING personally. I hate being around a person like that. It's like walking on eggshells...and they know it. Which is why they don't change it. It gives them a sense of immediate power.
The rap culture and hip hop culture has ruined the black community to it's core. No values, no character, and no decency can be found in the black community. I'm a black man myself, but I'm becoming increasingly more disconnected from my community of people. When it comes to my ethnicity, I'm connecting with black men and women who are dissociating themselves from the toxic rap culture. Along with that, I'm trying to connect with Bible Believing Believer's of all races and ethnicities and push the Word of the Lord forward. Prison and death are not my goals.
I disagree with the rap community ruining the culture because, I listened to rap since the 80's and in no way did it influence anything in my life or anyone I knew lives because we had parents or a parent that made sure we knew right from wrong, the people that rap influence are those from broken homes, bad parenting and people who don't know God
As a 61-year-old woman I was born in 1963 2 parent home grandmother, grandfather, stable community. It is really shameful. What has happened to the black community?
I grew up in Stone Mountain, GA in the mid 90s to the 2010s, just on the east side of metro Atlanta. I can't tell you how overjoyed I was to leave for college and get out of those neighborhoods. I wasn't in the hood, but the hood wasn't far. I was demonized for making decent grades, I had a 3.1 GPA . I was demonized for studying and excelling in classical music. I was humiliated for not being sexually active and not wanting to risk getting a girl pregnant. Yes, I had those desires like any other normal teenage boy. Didn't go to clubs, didn't drink, didn't like rap music, didn't do whatever dance, etc. I was just a normal teenage boy that liked music, video games, Dragonball Z, track and field because I ran the mile and 2 mile, and girls. But because I didn't endorse and regularly participate in mainstream black culture, I'm called the sell out. And also, because I was so heavily involved and successful in orchestra, majority of my friends weren't black. So I got flak for that. Half of my friends were Asian. And you know anything about working alongside Asian, they don't mess around. They will excel because high work ethic and bringing honor to your family has been driven into their culture and identity. Anyways, all that to say, I've witnessed too much generational poverty, mama/step daddy drama, and out of wedlock childrearing. I don't want to repeat any of that. Being exposed to different cultures through my high school friends showed me that I don't have to be stuck and repeat that cycle. I didn't leave the "black community," they kicked me out. And frankly, I don't care and they can go kick rocks.
We could even do better in other communities I've heard Mozart raised the IQ of children It could be how Asians advanced so fast as well Loud hip hop could harm unborn children, if it vibrates windows of houses, when they drive by.. pregnant women would be with them. Also, if boyfriend is smoking weed It also harms unborn baby..thru contact high
Heck yeah man! That's focus! But I am sorry you had to ride sorta solo that whole time. And I do understand how you rightfully feel hurt because you were. But please reconsider abandoning where you came from. At least keep an eye out for someone like you that you could help. Or an eye out for anyone you could if you can. Small steps add up.
Ditto. We're selling out our neighbourhoods just to be regentrified. We're selling us out to white folk for pennies on the dollar but can't afford to go anywhere better.
What you said about not being around people because they are your same color. But rather be around people that share your values. The Bible says Lot's spirit was vexed because of the unbelievers around him. The Bible says bad company corrupts good manners.
This is what the world sees unfortunately, that’s why when that people come to America they dissociate themselves from African-Americans because those crazies.
Hes not right bc Not all black ppl are like these cuss words. Many of us black folks are just like u, non black ppl: we want nice neighborhoods without package stores on ev corner, no gangs on the corners, etc. Not all white, or whatev the ethnicity, make great neighbors either. I live in a beautiful neighborhood thank God!
As an African American male, I kinda think that at this point we’re a LOST CAUSE. In the 30s to the 70s, black men and women generally had more dignity and class. Of course, they weren’t perfect. But they had more character in comparison to today. Street Culture/Hood Culture has taken over sadly.
No we're not a lost cause. If that's where you are then it's you who are lost. The rest of us continue move forward despite what the minority subculture portrays. Neither myself , husband nor children (one just received his MA) are a lost cause. There is always a remnant, per scripture.
It might seem impossible, but there is always hope through God. He is the omnipotent God of the universe, the one who created us all. He loves us, regardless of who we are or what skin color we are. We are worthy of death because of sin, but Jesus brought us grace...a chance to be able to know God's forgiveness. We must all pray to God over these issues and have faith that He is listening. Always pray for God's will to be done, for His will to come first. He listens and can bring about change. Pray.
Do be ashamed. It's 32millon black people in America alone. It's a very small group that do stuff like this. Putting is all in a group like we all bad is racist in it self. Smh
Yeah, but if you listen to the video, there are certain neighborhoods people are scared to go to. If I went to Chinatown or Little Italy, I won't fear for my life.
@@reedre6177 What community let LTBG drag shows in elementary schools?, wage wars, took prayers out schools, mass ab0rti0n policies since '73, legalized hard narcotics?. I can go on about your folk..
There were already problems pre 1960. Just nothing like what was post 1960. In the 1950s there already were youth gangs that ended up being the cores of what later became the Crips and Bloods. In the 1950s the single mother crisis was already present, in fact it got started in the 1940s. Actually the problem goes all the way back to the 1910s with the rise of Garveyism, Black Hebrew cults, and pseudo Islam groups all of which did damage by pulling black folks away from the Gospel. 1910s was the start of the decline just that up until the 1960s it was a slow decline.
What’s the matter??? Are you that afraid of the truth?? It’s been that way since the 1500’s…….. y’all destroyed your own culture….not the white people.
Asians have nothing to do with this unless you're talking about the Asian Hate crimes that are predominantly done by the black community. So much so that Dave Chappelle made a joke about it on one of his Netflix specials
I dont see myself giving up rap, just yet. It is a beautiful talent, skill, gift and all that to behold. I now listen to christian rap. Its clean, good messages & I luv supportng it. Cross mvmt was one of the first. Truth, Lecrea, what?! Them boys r dangerous!
The problem is not the genre, as we see Satan has his influence in almost every genre wether it be Techno, Country, Rock, Rap etc. Just like Jesus said pertaining to food, " It’s not what goes into your mouth that defiles you; you are defiled by the words that come out of your mouth." Matthew 15:11 the problem is peoples hearts not the genre
Depends, most east coast rappers are more introspective and rap about life experiences and personal struggles, West Coast and South rappers are the ones that started the whole drug addict, beating women, being a thug glorification subculture.
I’m white, my wife is black, and I can see the disappointment in her eyes when stuff like this is displayed. I know she hates it because people will judge her based on their actions which is frustrating. We need to pray for this community.
But isn’t that a problem in and of itself? Why are we as black people held accountable for other black people’s actions? No one equates all white people with trailer park hicks, child molesters, mass shooters or meth addicts! They are judged individually, and rightfully so! That’s how everyone should be judged, individually!
Pray for your own community, because your folk benefit from Black dysfunction (not to mention the military, police and prison industries under your control)...
@@ljmorris6496 I don’t have a community or folks. Never have or will see myself in such a useless way. This us versus them thing is how this line of thinking begins into this behavior. I think that’s the biggest problem with the victim mentality people and yourself seem to have. But I’ll tell you what, I will pray for you.
@olivevideogames Yes, deflection. You already benefit from your Whiteness by defacto having protections and guarantees form society (when was a White version of Jim Crow made?). Since you're predictably saying "victimhood" tells me you have White Supremacists talking points, might work with some self-hating Negros but overall Black Americans starting to point the finger at the "suspects" and finally doing something about it.
finaly a breath of fresh air..talking about what needs to be said...bravo..please continue to talk the talk....and maybe......the message will reach more..
Didn't Jesus make the statement that he came for the lost sheep of Israel? Wasn't the apostles focus on the israelites scattered throughout the nations? Even Paul laments the state of HIS people. If I'm not mistaken which I can be doesn't Isaiah 60 indicate that there will be distinction in the kingdom between jew and gentile? So why do we act like ethnicity and nationality doesn't matter at all? Rather than abandon our brothers and sisters is it possible to ban together and show them our example and engage to teach them? Perhaps the churches planted in their communities have done more harm than good as to why many rebel.
@@dre5773 Keep watching this channel, and pay close attention to the gospel presentation. For now, suffice it to say you should repent and turn to Christ.
@@RepentAndBelieve43 What do you mean "for Jesus" exactly? Many claim to be for Jesus with their own understanding and ideologies but deceive themselves that they are for Jesus...
God bless you brother, it is scary to see what is happening across all communities the further we as a nation seperate from God. Our country, our communities, our schools need prayer, we need the pledge of allegiance, and we need to find our pride as one nation under God indivisble with liberty and justice for all.
The black community began to lose its direction years ago. God Almighty used to be our God, our hope and our Deliverer. We have exchanged godliness for carnality in communities such as those represented and many churches, in my opinion, have exchanged real worship for entertainment. The church, and the black church specifically, has become so ethnocentric, and self centered, that our weaknesses have made us ineffective in reaching the lost. We cannot blame sinners for living sinfully especially when the saints have abdicated our roles and the mandate from Jesus to go into all the world. Fear, ignorance and maybe feelings of inadequacy, has made cowards of many in my opinion. It breaks my heart to see it😢😢
A Christian brother told me that I was an exception because I did not do drugs, alcohol and never did crime or went to jail as a black man. Heck I grew up in South Central Los Angeles but chose not to do these things, but to be called an exception in a shame!
Your commentary is correct. 👍🏾 As an African American woman that attends a church in the inner city, I go out to witness and prayer walk in the community with my church’s evangelism team. Any church or group can do that. On the Saturday before Easter we went into a community close to the church to pick up the (large amount of) trash in the area, and also set up a grill and fed them free BBQ. And of course, shared the Gospel with some individuals as the Lord opened up the door, and invited them to church. We are also looking into having an after school tutoring ministry available where we can encourage and help the children and youth to succeed in school. It could also give the opportunity to share the Gospel with them, and disciple them. 🙏🏾
I applaud this! A church's agenda SHOULD be to come outside of those walls and be an agent of change on the community, right where it is! Just that presence alone would present itself as an alternative and an example.
I love when the community comes together and religion helps sooooo much. There is a reason Jesus helped everyone and we should follow in his footsteps.
I live right down the street from Oakland and work with kids from fatherless homes, and the amount of damage that is done to these kids is devastating.
Our women you can not tell them anything even when it's directly in there face.. look at all these female raised black boys doing crimes.. our females still don't care.
Amen. I am a BW and I’m no longer in the “black community “I’ve been away from it for a long time. If you point out what is wrong you are attacked. Perhaps I have become cold hearted but to me it’s hardly worth talking about it anymore. I tried with my own family members but my intervention failed and was not taken as a kind gesture but as a “you think you’re better/white. I give up.
It really bothers me, when they say that, since other minority groups don't Latinos, who worked in the fields in the 60s and 70s, are mechanics now. Some even bought salvage places, ..where people could buy parts from cars Cheaper than Auto Zone
I don’t think your analysis is correct. You aren’t attacked for speaking truth in love, you will however be shown the door if you come with a holier than thou mentality and presentation. But you are also working from a flawed premise that all black people comprise a single community!
@Dnell-tb1yd Absolutely, you don't lump a bunch of White bike gangster and say "this is the White community ".. Her argument is in bad faith from the start..
@@Dnell-tb1yd we don't comprise a single community bc we're all different mentally, but that doesn't mean that's not how it's looked at in the eyes of society
More of this please! Incredible video! Absolutely perfect in everything said. This is what we need to start improving black America! Thank you so much for this. We need more voices like this speaking out to our youth and guiding them down better paths. We were better Americans in the not too distant past and I know we can change and become better as we have been. More people will wake up the more people speak out against what is happening. Much love brother and God bless! Thank you!
This channel is like coming home. Good to see good folks, like those I grew up with versus being constantly bombarded by images of those who imitate the "carnival act."
I am 57 and grew up in a 2 parent household, parents married for 59 years and you look around and that kinda house today is non existent! Then you comment about their behavior and they’ll cuss you out, but I stand 10 toes down!
I thank God for your integrity sir, for your honesty, your courage too speak the brutal truth inspite of all the push-back, i'm assuming you hv too deal with, barvo! I pray now that God continue using you to spread the truth & protect you & your family, AMEN!
We have frequently been told about this behavior in their culture. Your alluding to the writings of “MEIN KUMPH” is priceless good work. Now we can no longer close our eyes. You know the truth and that will set us apart from that bad culture.
As a 90s baby this disgusts me so much. Literally growing up watching people of my generation have kids while still being children themselves hurts my heart. Shame is gone and Yah’s word is soo real when we witness people with no shame
It sounds like you've been through some trying times and have came out better for the experience. Very much respect for you my friend and brother in the lord Jesus christ. Great video sir.
However, we could take it back..have you heard TAKE 6... what I hate, is ROCK/Death METAL..which turned to Gangsta RAP... BOTH have the same spirit And....some country, going that way.....
I love your content. It validates what some Christians are thinking but may not say. It also validates what some Christians are saying but often finds ourselves debating God's expectations with others according to the Bible.
Those videos show generations of self destruction in the black family starting with dad, mom, and grandparents. Unfortunately those little ones will continue this degradation of their families. 🙏🏽
Thank you for your profound message . The chances of this message getting to were it's needed the most are average BUT the chances of these folks heeding your message dare I say it are.... not very good. However I commend you for having the courage to buck the system and say what needs to be said. Thank you
@stayblowedmusic I would say Gangsta Rap did this! Pimp and Dope Movies. Video Gaming. I'm 65 years old and no we were not lost! We graduated in 1977 my class was 500 strong and nobody got pushed along! Many of us came out of school early. We didn't play with our teachers because they could swat you and your parents would whoop you or put you on punishment. We finished school, went to college, went to work, Military or got married. Raised in two parent households. We attained Government Jobs ran cities, Counties and State Senate. We were not lost! The generation where the government said don't discipline your children did this right here and that was about 40 years ago.
This is sin and pure evil and an absentee father has nothing to do with it. I wonder what are the mothers teaching? This is the only race, blacks, that blames the father for the child’s bad behavior.
Maybe the woman should choose better and be married first. Blame the woman who choose the men who aren’t worthy and also choose to be single mothers. The choices are with the woman. They control access to sex and who gets born.
We are our own worst enemy and it’s so sad. Every other race takes care of each other, but the Black community. All we know is having a good time. A lot of us don’t give a thought about the God, who created us
I don't condone any of this bad behavior. However, I disagree that this is an indictment on the whole of the Black community. I would say that the majority of the Black community do not engage in this behavior. Unfortunately, the ones who do record and publicize it. If I post a video of me going to work everyday, coming home to my wife and taking care of my children...I'd get three views.
It's naive to think this foolishness doesn't represent the black community. This debauchery and evil is the strongest influence and voice in the black community, therefore that's the indictment of the black community. People need to be honest, we know there are decent people in the black community but they are not being promoted, what's being promoted and pushed is the evil and wickedness, therefore that's what the community is.
Absolutely! We are so quick to talk against our own! Bad behavior occurs among all communites but they don't go against each other the way we do. Like any other community we have our problems and issues but we so quick to publize it to the world while as other communities keep it amongst their own!
The black community continues to get worse and worse and lately Lord help my anger but sometimes i want to move far away for our people and it’s sad. Nothing but toxic behavior and a lot of the youth have been absolutely horrible. From the music to our supposed role models and these so called pastors. We have become a complete embarrassment in society.
It’s clear that the devil has his hand on certain aspects of the culture. The fact that people try to deny his influence only makes them blind to his tactics of warfare.
I’ve never seen it this bad. It is horrendous what’s taking place in the black communities across this nation. They don’t mind embarrassing ourselves in public. No self control or self respect.
Poor parental guidance or no guidance at all. I left the projects and moved to the suburbs years ago to give my son a chance for a good life. No regrets! Children today are lost and glorify violence! 😢
Yes, but he's not questioning the behavior of the good black folk. He's only condemning the behavior of ratchet black folk, who are cancerous to our community
Corey - I have to confess something. I used to blame the current horrible black culture on two main things: 1) absentee fathers 2) A great portion of the black community has gone to prison, and when they get out, where do they go? Home & they bring the prison culture/lifestyle home with them! But I've been listening to you for a while now, you're certainly not into any thug life. I was wrong on that perspective!
Im a 62 year old white man. I don’t go to church as much as i should. But i would go with this man. He gives me hope. Growing up in the 70s playing basketball, working, going to school ect. I learned the most valued lesson in my life, and that was there are good and bad of all races. There was pride with our black community. We all gave each other respect and it demanded the same respect. And those who didnt, we would leave them to THEMSELVES.
Hi Corey, this video is so sad, but also so true about black culture in many parts of the usa. I don't know much about you, I just started watching your content about 1 month ago, but you seem like a very nice, level-headed person. Keep your trust in the Lord & may God bless you.
