Ep 4:11-16… some are given the gifts of apostles, teachers, prophets, evangelists, preachers and pastors… we are still sent by Jesus to spread his word in different capacities, strengths and gifts… everybody ain’t regular in the kingdom some are set apart with various abilities to grow the kingdom of god.

Anybody remember that show called "The Pretender"? It was about a man who had an ability to master any skill and he would take on different jobs, pretending to be someone and claimed he was there to help them. This is exactly what the so-called prophets, apostles and teacher are. They are pretenders...who pretend to be sheep...when inwardly they are ravening wolves (Matthew 7:15).

Paul was the last one that saw a glorified and resurrected Christ. And was appointed by Him to be the Apostle of the Church the Body of Christ for this dispensation of grace. Anyone who self declares him or herself as an apostle, you can immediately stop listening to that person.

One question: Has the church been PERFECTED? If not, the 5-fold ministry gifts are still at work. If someone could see Christ 2000 years ago after He was resurrected, why can't we see Him today? Why do you tie any sighting of the resurrected Christ exclusively to a short time frame within the resurrection having taken place?? If Paul saw Him back then (in His resurrected state), you and I can see Him now in the same way.
Let me expound on that point about seeing Christ today. If anyone is attending a "True Church", then you should be able to see the resurrected Christ. Matthew 18:20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. I must emphasize "True Church" because a "True Church" is one established by an Apostle, of which they say, there are no more.

Why did you instead believe we don't have apostles or prophets, yet we have today teachers, evangelists, and pastors? According to Peter and ask, there were three qualifications to be an apostle 1. You had to be there doing Jesus ministry. 2. You had to be an eyewitness of the resurrected Christ. 3. And you had to be personally sent. First Corinthians nine Paul says “I’m the only Apostle out of due season” if there was modern day apostles, they would have the authority to give a scripture according to Ephesians 2:20 “the foundation of the church was laid by the prophets and apostles” Revelation, 22:18 if you add a take
There are no written qualifications for an Apostle. If that were the case then either Paul or Barnabas would meet that criteria. The only thing that is true is they have to be sent by God. Acts 13:1-2 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. Acts 1:20-26, was to fulfill the prophecy concerning Judas's replacement, not a qualification for future Apostles.
Also can i ask if you are 100% sure they are no Apostles today or that is your understanding Also in acts they cast lots , they also did it before they were baptised by the Holy Spirit - was it not a mistake they made since they were told to do nothing before the baptism

Apostles had the authority to write scripture. Jesus personally picked His apostles. Then Jesus chose Paul to spend time with Him personally also.The foundation of the church has been layed. They cant add anything to it. These folk just want people to think they got some special holy line straight to God to seem like something big and mighty. Uh uh, no.
Apostles didn’t write scriptures, they wrote letters: also barnabas, James, and Titus were apostles. Were mark and Luke apostles when they wrote their letters?

God does ordain Apostles today...many of them are hidden right now. The 5 fold ministry is applied today, but it has to be done correctly and on order....none of these ppl are God-ordained Apostles...

Gino Jennings believes in the Oneness doctrine instead of the Holy Trinity. If his beliefs are flawed and unbiblical, we have to question where he is getting his information from. Therefore, anything else that comes out of his mouth is not true or inspired by God.
