Actually, after a vastecomy, you have to be tested a year after the procedure to confirm the "hold." Learnt that by watching divorce court.

Yep. You have to get tested at 6 weeks after, 6 months after and sometimes a year later. And even then it is still at 99.9% effectiveness. There are some situations in which it can grow back (depending on the procedure it is higher or lower).

My best friend got pregnant 5 years after her husband’s vasectomy. The first two years were no sperm and so they said he was cleared. 5 years later it failed. (Yes it’s his lol) so it does happen 😬 Also I had to have 3 C-sections and didn’t have a choice. I can’t stand when people look down on women who have C-sections. Obviously we would have loved to of had natural births 🙄. Thank you for saying birth is birth! 💜

As someone who had been through fertility issues… this would NEVER happen! You have to wait until you have not had a big O for 2-3 days, it’s usually done in the doctors office, and it needs to be pretty sterile and clean (no spit or dirty bathroom germs) in your sample!! This is actually very disrespectful to people that have to do this! 🙄🙄🙄

I have birthed 4 babies. None of them being a cesarean section. I 100% believe that women who give birth through c sections are SUPERHEROES. All moms are amazing and heroic but a c section is no joke and should have ALL the recognition.

Yes! I birthed 3 & my 2nd child was close to being an emergency c-section. Never know what is going to happen. Have to do what is best for the mother and baby. A birth is a birth and still amazing!

It's actually way more possible than you think. A neighbor friend of mine had her tubes tied after baby #2 and got pregnant a few years later... So the husband then got snipped and a few years later they had baby #4. It's actually a lot more common than people think unfortunately

I was following them since before p was born and I remember when she was born and a lil older they announced a giveaway one year saying it was for all their followers and then once the giveaway came out only fans who bought something aka gave them money were able to enter and I said something about it being unfair to their fans and bramty called me out saying I was a fake fan and sent her followers to attack me They definitely lost a fan then. They were either really good at hiding how money and fame hungry they were or they changed over the years but either way they lost a fan and it still leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I've given birth to four boys, the first three I "pushed out" and my fourth was breech (butt first) so I had to have a c-section and I knew he was my last baby. Other than the recovery pain, it was NO DIFFERENT, I loved that baby and bonded immediately and felt exactly the same in that I gave birth. These people are frigging STUPID-O (stew-pee-doh) lol.

As for the "maybe I want it so much I overread" - women with a really strong desire to become pregnant, can have a faux pregnancy, where the body starts showing symptoms from a psychological response. Its rare tho. And probably not what's happening here. But possible. Also, if you're trying for a baby and you're waiting until you can test, you definetly start to read too much into every little thing your body tells you.

I know a guy who got a vasectomy and 15 years later got his wife pregnant. The part they cut or whatever managed to connect back together or something. It was crazy!
