Doing this 3-4 years ago was nice. Now it's slim pickings. You're more likely to find tubs of old figs in yard sales. Or by asking around who still has old LEGO. As online on non-BrickLink sites there are a lot of scammers now that will 'accidentally' leave out or swap parts. Or not send anything at all, leaving you in the position where you just funded and ego boosted an upcoming criminal that preyed on Lego fans for all kinds of mean reasons. The same scammers land in court with charges of defrauding elderly and other vulnerable people. And you're there with your testimony starting of: "So I was about to spend our grocery budget on a single Lego-piece; when all of a sudden..."

That’s crazy I literally just bought an anakin head to make the palpatine’s arrest version before watching the video. Definitely saved me at least £20

However, your not factoring shipping cost, but the wanted list part is helpful!
