This workout fools you into thinking it's just a few cycles...3 minutes of work, then a minute rest. What it really is is a test of your ability to pace yourself and know your own engine. Eric and Chris didn't agree about what the most painful movement was (air squats or push-ups) but they did agree they both went out too hot in the first 3-minute cycle - and paid for it.

i just did this Monday. 20 rounds + 2 reps. Rx at 135lbs. Bodyweight: 147lbs.😮‍💨 Pretty happy and paced it well. Goal was 20 rounds at 4 per round.

completed 25 + 3, legs acidify well, instead of a barbell I used 2 weights of 24 kg each

I did 24 rounds and 7 reps and I'm 34. These dudes really have to learn how to do a proper push up.
