Yep, butt napkins! Nice project, Wm. Best thing about all of your videos is this: "This is a story about..." Any serious woodworker knows that every piece you produce has a story - long, short or in-between. Keep up the great work.

Another great, well done, artisitic video with a great fun ending that doesn't take yourself too seriously. The flow and the sound mixing and everything made it easy to watch. And some great ideas in here. Thanks for sharing.

I like the contrast. I never would've thought to combine the two. And the slight differences in the kerfs and splines makes it a little rustic and brings out the hand made qualities. I love it.

The gaps show true handwork. We, humans, are not perfect for sure... Love these videos!

I really like the mixing of different materials, nice job. I thought it might have looked really cool with an inlay on the face of the frame too. I really like your videos, thanks.

Nice, simple frame. The gaps don't bother me nearly as much as hanging it lower than the others that are next to it. My OCD wouldn't allow that lol Copper is a nice contrast to the walnut. Well done.

Here's a little advice for the next time you use pipe to make stock, the edges are rounded, which explains the gaps. Filing the edges straight to the surface would probably solve this issue, pretty good idea none the less, good job!

William, Awesome work as always! I Enjoy all of your content. The photography, editing, and storyline is really what sets them apart. I remember you talking about that at our Guild meeting in Fredericksburg. Started my RU-vid channel a while ago and have a lot to learn.. Wishing you all the best in 2021. Hope to have you at another guild meeting here in the future when all this Covid is over!! Stay safe friend!

I love the look of copper and walnut. I wonder though, as the copper heats up and expands, does it “dent” the wood around it, and that makes the kerf look like it’s mis-cut? It’s a likely enough excuse anyway! ;)

Maybe i'm being pedantic about this - but I have a particular dislike for the phrase "this is a story about that". I think that phrase discounts the fact that it is work - and - it is hard work. To top my pedantry off, while I do understand it is the intro - it feels rather redundant because the film is somewhat self explanatory having just clicked on the title and thumbnail of the video.
