Hi Carey, I fond your video's really helpful & has helped me calm and balance. Thank you. I'd love to see more that are longer like this daily energy routine where I can follow you through a sequence of different movements.

Love it, thanks so much. It works as well as yoga but perfect for when you don't feel able to do a yoga practice for any reason or are short on time. You can even do this in the toilet at work!

why breathing out through the mouth? In yoga we breathh in and out through the nose. Thanks a lot for your explanation.

Each healing modality promotes breath work that optimizes that specific focus and flow. In Eden Energy Medicine the breath in through the nose supports our Yin energies and out through the mouth supports our Yang energies. Bringing additional balance to the work. Thank you for the question!

hi thank you for your video I really enjoy doing it . though when I do your routine I see a purple beam of light when I close my eyes , what does that mean?

Thanks a lot! These exercises are so easy and its realy works. Let me know, is it close to chinese practises such as chigun or taichee? (don't know how to spell it in english). Or you have some another sources ?

The Daily Energy Routine draws from hearing practices from around the world some of the exercises look and feel like Yoga or Qi Gong moves.

What if one can't bend over and touch the floor? Is there an alternative for that? Also, is it okay to do some of these sitting down? I'm very disabled w/ME/CFS and use a wheelchair most of the time.

DDumbrille Yes, it is fine to do any of these exercises while seated. Also, if you are limited in your range of motion it is also fine to go as far as you are able to with your range and then just allow your imagination to complete the rest of the action for you. Energy follows your intention. Doing as much as is accessible for you will still provide much benefit to your energy fields.
