The bases of the art are to use the 12 angles of attack in Serrada Escrima to reverse your opponent, understanding how to use your live hand to jam and/or offset your opponent. This highlight video shows stick drills, stick forms, and how the basics can perform at live speed.
They utilize a shorter stick to represent a smaller bladed weapon and utilize their attacks most effectively in the mid to close ranges of combat.
