Could u imagine MJ losing to Magic then head to head matchup vs Drexler in finals. Then lose to GP n Sonics, lose to MVP Malone. And still claim he the GOAT 🐐😂😂😂😂 if I ever seen MJ say F#CK WHEN DREXLER ENTER I Would stop being a fan that Day. Mans dont like competition
@@ghostaccountlmao Okay so 4 hof vs 5hof? Math ain't ya strong suit. MJ never faced a team with more hof. For his 2nd 3peat his team had 4hof and his opps avg 1.5hof players xD
Bruh the Heat would have only won ONE RING in four years had they not added Ray Allen to hit the most clutch shot arguably in finals history in the 2013 run! Either Lebron is overrated or it's so freaking hard to win in the NBA, meaning Jordan's and Kobe's six and five titles are even that more impressive!
U sound dumb asf u can’t say if Allen didn’t hit the shot bc one bron had 16 that quarter and 2 u can say that for anything what if this and that person wouldn’t win u can do that shit all day 😂
And 2 no bron clearly isn’t overrated but Kobe and Jordan definitely are u over here tryna say Kobe 5 more impressive like he didn’t have 15 in the first win if that was bron yall would say it didn’t count lol and the other two he wasn’t even mvp 😂
And as for Jordan her a great player but when dumbasses say shit like “100 years from now he will be the best” its OVERRATING HIM like u actually think in a 100 years from now basketball won’t evolve from what it was in the 90s 😂😂😂😂 that’s overrating him
“It’s so freaking hard to win meaning Jordan and Kobe’s more impressive” 😂😂😂 Mr one mvp first 3 aren’t more impressive than brons he was 2nd man 😂 why do yall overrate this man?
Then Jordan’s aren’t more impressive either definitely dominated the decade with 2 3 peats but he had the best damn team with the best coach the whole damn time hints why they lost 2 less games without him and came damn close to the finals bc they were that good and if I did the “what if” shit u try to do I could what if that bulls team without Jordan all day 😂, yall always overrate his ass too
@@tmacman0418BS, utter revisionist bs. Lebron with his passive play who the Heat system was built around was the issue. He couldnt get himself or his team a bucket vs the Spurs starters. Bookmakers had the Heat winning by a landslide. A team housing 3 top 10 MVP candidates before joining each other. No super team trio, ever, was this overpowered. They ultimately seemed 'mwa' purely because Lebron melted in two finals. They shouldve went 4-4.
2013 Kawhi was on Lebron from Games 1-3 where LeBron didnt score 20 points in the first 3 games. In the regular season, when Pops rested the starters Boris Diaw did a fantastic job on LeBron so in the finals Pops removed Kawhi off LeBron to score more whilst Diaw went on to be LeBron's primary defender. One of the biggest coaching mistakes no one talks about.
@@sportstalkonly1442 Kawhi wasn't his primary defender in G7. Yes, he hit the dagger on his head but it was a late contest cos Tony Parker went to him then left him.
This finals is very reminiscent of the finals where Jordan played the supersonics. After game 2, he was guarded by "the glove" Gary Payton, one of the greatest defenders in nba history and was tasked with shutting down Mike. It was another showdown of the league's best player vs its best defender and see who comes out on top. Except the difference between Bron and Mike? Mike actually won.
@@davontehood7163 you mean Gary *The Glove* Payton, DPOY that year, and arguably best perimeter defender in nba history, who was tasked with shutting down jordan and Jordan still WON? Nice try buddy.
@@goosnavslakovic4908 not even close to the best perimeter defender in nba history. the bulls won but jordan wasn't the reason. rodman was. ask george karl
@@sportstalkonly1442 who is then aside from scottie (which is perfectly acceptable)? I'm curious. If he's *not even close* then there must be a list of perimeter guards and defenders (not rim protecters) that supersede him. He literally has a nick name that supports that case, and is widely considered the greatest defensive pg, along with being in most people's top 10 defenders in nba history. Your feelings dont change that. Also I watched the exact clip you're talking about, and Shawn Kemp said that himself. I don't disagree that rodman was pivotal in winning that series. He was against the magic too. But Jordan was by far the best player on the court. They were not winning without his offense, and he provided tremendously on defense still. Rodman provided almost exclusively on one side of the court and is largely responsible for shutting down sonics' offense. But he, in no way, provided anything on offense, which they needed. Take MJ away, they don't make it through the playoffs, let alone beat the sonics. No combination of players on the bulls had the scoring capabilities Mike had.
Spurs definitely know how to develop players. Kawhi is just one of many examples. Prime Kawhi was definitely special, and without his subsequent injury history, he might have been talked about as one of the greatest players of this generation
Wade and Bosh were both washed by then to be fair. The only playoff run where they were a truly elite big 3 was ironically the one that they lost 😂 Russ and Harden were better than Wade and Bosh by 2012. And OKC had Ibaka who led the league in blocks and was runner up for DPOY. KD had just won his third consecutive scoring title. Harden 6th man of the year but that was a system thing. He actually had the third highest minutes on the team and put up 18 a game as the third scoring option. Russ was second team all NBA. That was an elite team that gets 💩 on because Bron beat them. I'm a Thunder fan. That team would crush anyone today. They'd have won the title the next season for sure if Harden stayed. Harden was dropping multiple 40 points games months after that finals for Houston.
They got beat because Lebron couldnt score or create against the Spurs starters bruh. Revisionist history is a B. When it comes to Lebron it's simply always his teammates. Bookmakers had Lebrons team as the favorite for 7 of his 10 finals appearances. Dude just fails and everybody blames everyone but him as a leader. Utterly wild.
@@SonnyK248They werent 'washed' at all. It's the standard Lebron excuse to blame teammates when he loses. 7 of the 10 finals Lebron played in his career, his team was the favorite to win it. It's revisionist history and the fact that people make more excused for Bron than anyone else, shows he's overrated.
@@Dotsetc dude in that last series they were washed how can you argue against it? There’s a reason after Lebron left they weren’t even close to being favourites to win. If they were still in or around their prime then a team of Wade, Bosh and Deng would have still been considered a super team in the 2014-15 season when Lebron left 🤦♂️ but they weren’t. No one even expected them to make the playoffs which they didn’t end up doing 😂
DWade was still deadly in 2013. But 2014 his shooting fell off drastically. 2013 LeBron is the best LeBron. People always defend LeBron was angry because of the free throw and time out threw him off his rhythm. But looking at Ray Allen and LeBron staring in the distant at same direction and Ray Allen looking back at LeBron James is what sold it. And of course Danny Green checking out.
Kwahi makes me so mad. Not because I hate him or anything. But him being healthy literally changes a decade or basketball. I can’t say that about about penny, t Mac, rose, or hill but kwahi!!! Things look much different if he’s healthy for a decade
@@life0093 you also forget that he was becoming the spurs franchise player before he got hurt. Everybody else retired and kwahi was the best player on the team
Everyone talks about Ray Allen 3, but no one talks about Bosh's clutch offensive rebound/assist to Ray Allen. Mr Double Double over here getting disrespected until the Heat players came out on their podcasts to give this man his flowers. Absolute offensive glue on that team.
@@Vegetahasultraego ok? Bosh grabbed 7 boards and a few assists, playing 27 or so mins. Ray Allen didn't even play half the game and got 4 and 4. Both Bosh and Allen combined for less than 10 attempts at the basket and let Battier, Wade, Bron, and Chalmers take over scoring for one game. What's your point
📌 *Me for All Bronsexuals to See* 2014 Finals; Lebalco LeStatpad vs 16ppg Kawhi; Games 3-4-5 Lebron scored 51 of his 81 points (63%) being down 15+ Leonard scored 27 of his 71 points (38%) being up 15+ Leonard outscored Lebron 44-30 in non-blowout situations Leonard 23.7 ppg on 69% LeBron 27.0 ppg on 55% (Leonard 14% more efficient) And again, Lebron stats were heavily padded in garbage time, in non blowout situations Leonard outscored him Leonard 9.3 rpg LeBron 7.7 rpg Leonard 2.0 spg LeBron 1.7 spg Leonard 2.0 bpg LeBron 0.7 bpg Leonard 2.3 apg with 1.7 TOpg LeBron 4.7 apg with 3.7 TOpg Leonard had a slightly better ast:TO ratio Through games 3-4-5, Leonard scored much more efficiently (and more in non blowout situations) and outrebounded, outstole, and outblocked Lebron with a better ast:TO ratio Game 3 Lebron had 14 points and 0 TO in first quarter, then 8 points and 7 TOs for the last 3 quarters. LeBron had 22-5-7-5 with 7 TOs on 64%, Wade had 22-4-2-2 with 5 TOs on 67%. But over the last 3 quarters, LeBron had 8 points and 7 TOs to Wade's 20 points and 3 TOs. The Heat cut the lead from 15 to 9 without LeBron, after Wade subbed in for him, from the 5:00 to 1:00 mark of the 3rd quarter, but even with that help LeBron still lost. Game 4 Lebron had 9 points in first half and the Heat were blown out by 19 at halftime. He padded his stats from there, and he did not score on Leonard in the first half. Game 5 Lebron had 1 FG in 2nd quarter (2:30 mark) to bring the Heat within 5. Then he did not score again until the Heat were down 21 with 4:40 in the 3rd. LeBron shot 1-6 against Leonard this game. Leonard clearly outplayed Lebron over the final 3 games, even with Lebron padding his stats, and Lebron failed to score consistently until after his teams were getting blown out. LeBron did not play well in the 2014 Finals after Game 2, he only padded his stats. LeBron's 2014 Finals was a repeat of the 2011 Finals after Game 2, the only differences being that LeBron's teammates disappeared along with him, and LeBron padded his stats to save face. So any notion that LeBron had an "amazing" series, and still lost because of his teammates is false. LeBron failed his team over the Final 3 games, and that's why he lost. He did not contribute offensively or defensively. The Spurs did have great offensive execution in this series, but a lot of that had to do with the poor defensive leadership of LeBron, who got exposed by Kawhi Leonard. Remember, this is the same Spurs team that went 7 games against a top 10 worst defense in the league, the 8-seed Mavericks. They were far from an invincible team. In those last 3 games, Leonard outrebounded, outblocked, outstole Lebron, scored MUCH more efficiently (14% FG higher than Lebron) and Lebron committed more than twice as many turnovers. In Game 3, LeBron had 14 points in the 1st quarter, then 8 points and 7 turnovers in the last 3 quarters. In Game 4, LeBron had 9 points in the first half, and they were blown out by 19 at that point, from where he padded his stats The reason the Heat lost the 2014 Finals is because of their pathetic defense. If the defensive leader, who was supposedly 2nd place in DPOY and "guards 1-5" isn't playing defense, how do you expect the rest of the Heat to follow suit? Getting outplayed in the last 3 games by a role player doesn't help your team AT ALL. Also, whereas Lebron could never guard Leonard, Leonard held Lebron to 1-6 shooting in Game 5 when he guarded him. In Game 5 Lebron had 1 FG in the 2nd quarter (2:30 mark) to bring the Heat within 5, and never scored again until the Spurs were up 21 with 4:40 left in the 3rd - definition of stat padding and not delivering when it mattered. In the 4 combined Heat losses, Lebron scored 48% of his points when the Spurs were up 15+. Definitely not delivering the numbers when he needed to.
TP was not a pass first PG he scored in the paint more efficiently than just about any other small guards in the league. His passing came from what was created off ball or off of his dribble pressure. Don't box this dude
it is because Kawhi Leonard has the DNA and Playing Mentality of Jordan and Pippen from the 90s as one of the Greatest Defenders- DENNIS The Wurm RODMAN once said, LeFlop James is so Predictable.. His Physical Built was just for a Display tsk tsk tsk
Probably but he still would have made it difficult. LeBron just isn't a very good player. Needs to league to fluff up his stats and not call his fouls.
I doubt that,Kawhi would've-LOCKED-Kobe up too, like he did Lebron. LOL. Prime Kobe got out-played by Tyshaun ( plus Prince locked him up ) Prince in that Piston's finals. What happened to the black mamba in that Piston's series ??? Kawhi would've had Kobe shooting the ball over 30 times ( making Kobe take all kinds of bad shots ) just to average 20 pts.
Am sorry, but according to who are the Miami Heat one of the greatest team of all time they got embarrassed by the Dallas Mavericks a team that had no business beating the Heat then thanks to Ray Allen they got lucky and after that they got nuke by the Spurs they got nuke so bad that LeBron tuck his tail between his legs and went back home
I thought this was y'all's goat. I thought he was the best player in the world. It look like he just had some regrets just because somebody checked in the game. I ain't never seen Michael Jordan do that. I have never seen Wilt Chamberlain, magic Johnson, Larry Bird, or any of the other great players that wasn't even in to goat category do that. I thought you guys said that the '80s and '90s players were bombs and plumbers and drunks and now y'all even calling them cokeheads. I've never seen them regret the fact that another player came in. Even when they saw Mike get in the game. They didn't cringe they was upset but they didn't cringe and curse. They just took their medicine like a man. They knew what Mike was going to do to him but they tried to show no fear. That man literally regretted the moment that Kauai stepped back in that game That's when you know you're not dealing with a champion LeBron has never been a champion, the media and the lebroniacs made him this supposed to be goat. That's why he can't stand up to the test of being the goat. And now we find out a little while ago that the man man has been using steroids the whole time. People wondering how is he able to be there 20 years. His longevity man he's on steroids. Anybody taking that would be there that long? I couldn't imagine if Michael Jordan was taking steroids. He would have been there for 50 years. He done went straight from the hardwood floors of the NBA to the grave. That's how long he would have been there cuz you imagine magic Johnson and Larry Bird on steroids. Could you imagine Isaiah Thomas on steroids right? This dude ain't no goat
