The Decline of Baltimore's Howard Street Corridor 

Howard Street was once the center of commerce and culture in Downtown Baltimore. Unfortunately it has declined significantly in the past several decades. It is full of abandoned buildings and graffiti. In recent years there has been some effort made to clean it up, although there is still a long way to go.
