Asado as you have never seen it before. Michelin chef Mathias Perdomo accompanies us to discover a real ritual. He starts from the quarter of the animal to obtain the beef ribs, plays with the grill and the glaze made of Italian craft beer,to then discover the different textures of a meat cut that is poor but noble in history and flavor. The Asado is accompanied by the legendary Criolla sauce, which attend grilled meat in most of South America. Soon we will dedicate a video to vegetarians and vegans too, we promise!
