hey, hope you enjoy!! before anything , i just wanna say.. i am EXTREMELY sorry to viewsonic for misgendering them a few times in this video, i was actually entirely unaware they went by they/them pronouns and i think it is a mistake that hopefully we can all understand and look past. i take this stuff very seriously , i really do believe in everyone being called what they want to be called and i’m quite upset at myself for not recognizing the correct pronouns for them. i want to publicly apologize to them here and hopefully get across that i had no ill intent when i made the mistake. thank you for understanding, i will do my absolute best as i always have to not make these errors in the future. if theres anything you think i missed, feel free to lmk in the comments also, sorry about the editing mistake around 17:16 with the blur, i didnt think it was big enough a deal to re-render the whole video for, so... just wanna write a little editorial here about how to take this video- in my opinion, this list will end up very inaccurate as to what the future will actually look like, and i know i said it in the video, but please, please do not take any of this for fact. i made this video as completely accurate as i could manage with the information about the levels we have now, talking to all the creators and verifiers, but there is just no way to account for delay, levels being nerfed, levels dying, and the levels that just dont exist yet. you can see this reflected quite clearly in seas video, and i anticipate the same thing happening here. i am not denouncing my accuracy as to the information at my fingertips, as i feel i did the absolute best i could to make this align with the current plans for the future that the community has right now, but again, those will almost be guaranteed to change. just make sure to remember that, and thank you all for the kind words about my return !!! ..and apologies if there is some low quality footage, i got the best quality i could for everything but i couldnt for all of it :(

The amount of hard levels being verified is scary

I find it interesting how Sakupen Circles wasn't even thought of getting verified when this video came out.

The fact that there''s a genuine chance we might end up with 3 levels called "deimos" on the list is hilarious

I genuinely think that the person to eventually beat Silent Clubstep rather hasn’t started playing the game yet or their hardest level right now is probably an easy demon or something like Cycles

As unrealistic as it is, seeing a top 3 which is Silent Clubstep, Death Corridor, Orochi, just gives me chills just thinking about history and time

I'll say it now and I'll probably say it again in the future. You're definitely living up to Sea1997's legacy and quality standards in your videos. I've always loved watching his content, and yours sparks that same love and interest. I watched the whole thing and never once has it seemed boring or uninteresting. Truly, it's great to see such high quality content being produced in this community for this game! You deserve way more recognition! :)

I love how abyss of darkness would make almost all current upcoming top 1s top 2

Even after 10 months, this is still my favorite GD related video on RU-vid, I have watched this like 5 times. Its interesting to see how things have changed, and how some of these levels are rated

this just proves that this game is getting really really really hard as if it wasn't already hard enough with bloodbath out of the top 150

I think the Demon List will “break” if and after Silent Clubstep is verified, or even earlier. Such levels seem so ridiculous that I can’t see any other players apart from the verifiers giving them serious attempts.

This is interesting. Arcturus just got verified before Firework, which would wreak havoc on this list. I wonder how many things will change now, with the new #1 spot already changed. I’m surprised that Arcturus got verified first, and I think it’ll make for some very interesting times up ahead lol

All of the upcoming top 1’s status: (with a 3/27/24 edit) 1. Silent Clubstep: Nerfed, fixed and verified as you all probably know. Unnerfed was redecorated as Eternal Silence and is definitely possible today 2. Death Corridor: Icedcave has a now top 50 in verification. Kugel’s still exists but he is taking forever to verify, neither “official” version has been verified 3. Orochi: Got a deco preview in May of 2023 and Septa got 38-100 on a fixed version of the unnerfed version. 4. Eternal Night: was getting a redeco but I’m not sure how it’s going now, el3ctr0 hasn’t posted updates 5. Heliopolis: Got decorated by Mindcap’s chosen creators and now Pablohhh is the verifier, he has 30% or something and also the level is now able to be played on all fps, not just 60 and is now top 2 difficulty below Tidal Wave. All the levels below this in difficulty are no longer top 1 as well. Edit: Pablohhh dropped and the new verifier is Jif, he’s trying to get the level in two runs 6. Amaterasu: Cancelled, but Zoink beat Unnerfed Yatagarasu so if Unn. Yatagarasu gets redecorated, it’ll be verified quickly 7. Galaxy Collapse: There’s also an unofficial Galaxy Collapse now, and the TrusTa one is still being decorated 8. Abyss of Darkness: Verified by Cursed in April of 2022, was moved below Slaughterhouse because of SpaceUK, and now sits at top 5 today above Slaughterhouse and Kyouki. Dils also pulled through and beat the original version last year. 9. Anathema: Fully decorated, the chosen verifier, Rori, is waiting for a full megahack v8 iirc. Set to be top 10 difficulty (harder than Firework) 10. Acheron: Buffed by Zoink, placed at #1 for slightly less than a year and shouldn’t have been top 1 for this long due to Avernus being underrated. Received a sequel named Aeternus which is nearly impossible today. 11. Silent Circles: Nerfed by Xanii under Zynvire’s request in early 2022 and would currently be top 130 difficulty. Dolphy’s version is top 15 today 12. Firework: Verified by Trick and is currently at 11. Was robbed of top 1 status because Space hacked Slaughterhouse, and Doggie became first victor on the 17th of December in 2021, a full 1.5 months after Firework was rated. 13. Arcturus: Verified by Ultracaua and was left unrated for so long it didn’t become top 1, Sits at 25 today 14. Limbo: Slightly nerfed and verified by BGram in 2022, currently 12 but I can see it moving below The Lightning Rod soon (edit: holy sh*t I was right). Unnerfed is top 5 difficulty today 15. Deimos (Skele): Swiborg has been taking forever with his other verifications so it still hasn’t been verified yet, 4 years later 16: Avernus: Buffed by Zoink from Tartarus difficulty and was top 1 difficulty, but Zoink underrated it and it was top 1 from April ~15 2023 all the way until September 10th 2023 if you count unrated Tidal Wave or February ~10 2024 if you count it only on rated levels (TW was rated around this day) 17: Misanthrope: (I said I didn’t know what’s happening originally) A decoration is happening, but the verifier says that Tidal Wave causes this to be top 2 in difficulty 18. Edge of Destiny: Verified by Polterghast and placed right above Tartarus, but has moved high above Tartarus. your most accurate prediction probably besides Keres. Side note, Unnerfed Blade of Justice was verified recently in March 2024, and is right around Tartarus in difficulty 19. Anemesis: Got two redecos and is currently still in verification, and is also expected to be above Abyss of Darkness in difficulty (top 5) 20. The Apocalyptic Trilogy: Decoration has been finally finished and is currently in verification by Trick, and is also harder than Tidal Wave which itself is a lot harder than the current top 3. WR is 30% right now, expect it to be out by early 2025 21. Tartarus: currently at 34, was overrated by quite a few spots and robbed a lot of levels from top 1 22. Same as Misanthrope Part 1 (17) 23. Spectre: Decoration was finally finished in January 2024 and is top 5 in difficulty, just below Acheron. Ezvie is the verifier, and has the level in 3 runs 24. Down Bass Incarnate: Still in the decoration process and is top 15 25. Cosmic Cyclone: this was heavily nerfed and is currently barely hanging on to the mainlist 26. The Golden: 38 on the list right now 27. Trueffet: Extremely accurate, verified by Baeru in August of 2021 and placed at 5 originally but was moved up a lot to be above Tartarus, however moved back down later on to be below The Golden 28. Sonic Wave Infinity: Was placed below The Golden at 3 originally, but over the years it has been realized harder than The Golden, Trueffet, Tartarus, Oblivion and almost Arcturus. Top 30 today 29: Deimos (ItsHybrid): Buffed and verified by Doggie in August 2023, rated 2 months later and is currently at 14. Received a sequel named “Elysium Mons” which probably will be top 3 in the 2024 list 30: Slaughterhouse: Nerfed from the True Unnerfed and Normal Unnerfed to be hack-verified by SpaceUK on November 4th, 2021, rated with Arcturus and Firework and Trueffet moved up too, putting Tartarus at 5 immediately from 1. Doggie is the true verifier of the level, being the first victor 1.5 months after the hack verification. Was slightly overrated and was rightfully moved down 31 and 32. Zodiac and Kenos: currently 47 and 50 on the list, unfortunately separated by Terminal Rampancy and Wsfera 33. Keres: Placed right below Kenos after being verified in August of 2021, quite accurate a prediction 34. Crimson Planet: Around 60 today, was moved down once 35. Aerial Gleam: Buffed, and then slightly nerfed by Doggie. Sits right above Zodiac 36. Fragile: around 55 37. Void of Thought: Left unrated and is currently on the unrated demon list, top 50 today 38-40: Renevant, Sary Never Clear and Promethean: the first two are in the upper 60s and were highly overrated, Promethean was underrated and is close to Kenos around 53

Great video watched all of it :) One thing I disagree with is many of these top 5's and 3's etc are supposed to place to their given difficulty in todays demonlist and not in the future demonlist, or it would be an upcoming top 1.

Interesting to re - watch this for the 3rd time. 1st soon after It’s release, 2nd a few months later, and now in Late July to see how close he was: 1 year and 17 days ago! Really enjoyed watching it all of these times. Truly a very well made video!

Watching this in retrospect is quite interesting, it really shows how unpredictable the demonlist is, especially with slaughterhouses “verification”

I find it kind of hilarious that Doggie was gonna verify a nerfed slaughterhouse and dropped it, spaceuk literally buffed regular slaughterhouse, made it more playable, and verified it, then doggie beat that version

2024 outlook: Red class: Accurate Orange class: Kind of accurate but a lot of unreleased ones Yellow class: A swing and a miss Green class: Scary accurate just mixed some positions around Blue class: Not even close lol Purple class: Not enough time to tell but looks promising (silent clubstep overrated though)

it's really funny to look at how many of these demons were actually released, now that we're in 2022. it's also funny to see how inaccurate a lot of these were! that's not a bad thing, though- i love this video! it's a peek into what we could have in the future. thinking about a future where silent clubstep could be top 1 is uncanny, isn't it? (although, since the unnerfed version has at least 4 frame perfect inputs, would it be that one?) either way, i do love this video. awesome job.

And then slaughterhouse (a near unnerfed version) was verified by spaceuk. Then firework was verified 5 days later.
