On 31 March, 2023, Madeline Kingsbury dropped her two children off at their daycare in Winona, Minnesota, at just after 8AM.
Hours later, her blue minivan was spotted parked in front of her home. But no one had seen Madeline all day. She had not traveled to work and she was not responding to phone calls.
Madeline was missing.

How people kill the parent of their children shows how self centred they are. Ultimately you’re hurting the children more than anyone.

The judge who would allow visits if bail is posted, should remember the Josh Powell case where the father blew up himself and the kids while the social worker waited outside. What kind of judge would allow visits? If anything happened to those children during such visits, I hope this judge is held wholly responsible.

After the video... A Minnesota grand jury has indicted the father of Madeline Kingsbury’s two children with first-degree murder in her death and accused him of engaging in a pattern of domestic abuse, roughly four months after her remains were found near a highway. On October 2, 2023 Adam Fravel, 29, was charged with four criminal counts on Monday, including first-degree murder with premeditation; first-degree murder with a past pattern of domestic abuse; intentional second-degree murder without premeditation; and unintentional second-degree murder while committing a felony, according to the indictment filed in Winona County district court. Judge Nancy Buytendorp raised Fravel’s bail to $3 million with no conditions or $2 million with conditions, His next court appearance is on December 14, 2023.

30 days before Kingsbury's disappearance, Madeline visited a co-worker friend at Mayo Clinic and told her friend "everything is bad with Adam at the house" and that he had been “beating the hell out of her for years." She then offered a warning - “If anything happens to me, know that Adam did it. I would never leave my kids," she told the friend, according to the warrants.

That judge that wouldn’t bar him from seeing his kids if he posts bail- should consider that brian laundry killed himself rather than face the consequences, and that a man out on bail who allegedly (probably) is so controlling that he chose to murder his wife rather than let her leave, who would know he’s very likely going to be convicted of murdering his wife, fits the profile of someone who might take his children out with him, rather than let them be raised by the parents of the wife he hated so much. There’s a good chance he has narcissistic tendencies, to commit a crime like this, and to a narcissist the kids still served a purpose to him when he thought he could get away with it, but if he’s going to be in jail or not around, their existence would no longer benefit him, and would actually be a demonstration of him losing and his wife’s parents “winning” and being able to turn them against him. Which would be unacceptable. Their perceived affect on him, positive or negative, would be the only relevant factor to him, if the assumptions I’m making are correct. (I’m saying these things from his hypothetical twisted point of view just to be clear) I know he hasn’t made bail, but Jesus judge. Err on the side of caution when it’s not far fetched that giving him access to the kids could put their lives at risk and would almost certainly be emotionally damaging at best.

Cases always seem tougher to stomach when they are close to home. Life long Minnesota resident and my first national guard unit was in Winona. Also live about 2.5 hours north of Winona now. Another beautiful woman snuffed out by a weak man who couldn’t just move on or let her be happy elsewhere. We see way too many of these cases. Thoughts and prayers to her family, so sorry. 😢 this guy was a piece of garbage. He is headed where he belongs.

Hey Kevin, I know this one was pretty recent, but I don't recall hearing about it, even though I do watch national news, so thanks for sharing the story. Also congrats on the sponsor, but the ad placement being in the middle of the video just seemed to break up the flow of the video. Hopefully in the future you can place them at the end perhaps? Anyhow, how horrible for this poor young lady to have lost her life, especially at such a young age, and now her children are without the ability to grow up with their loving mother by their side and guiding them through life. I am happy to hear they are in the maternal grandparents' loving care. So obviously just going by what was presented in this video, I would have to say they have the right man in custody as well between the physical and verbal abuse he inflicted upon her, him being the last one with her, the changing of the license plate for absolutely no reason and his driving pattern that particular day, him not being a part of any search party and blaming that on the advice of law enforcement, and possibly even his obsession with Gabby's case. I feel horrible for her sister, parents, children obviously, as well as the rest of her family and friends, and hope justice is served when the time comes. Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!

I think the content providers (JTL) put the sponsor message in the middle because that is what sponsorship requires. If it was at the end few people would watch it (sponsors wouldn't be interested in that).; and if the viewer then turned off the video the content provider would also not get the "watch" number credit either. The sponsor content either has to be at the beginning or in the middle, and at the beginning it could turn viewers off getting interested/watching at all. I hope you find this useful 🙂

@@solitairestarr5516 I don't know who the "they" is that you are referring to. Plenty of channels put the sponsorship ads in the beginning, so you can skip over them, or at the end, so one can skip out after the story has been told.
@solitairestarr5516
@solitairestarr5516 Год назад
@@loveforeignaccents "They" in this instance is the channel (as implied surely!). Channels who put the sponsor adverts at the beginning, or the end, so viewers can skip over them would not be favoured by sponsors (who are actually business people and not idiots).

He's a monster and psycho. She once told her friend that: 'if something happens to me just know it's my boyfriend Adam who did it." She knew he was dangerous because he'd beaten the hell out of her for years...but she kept going back to him and even gave him two children--Why?? I don't understand why an educated, intelligent and independent woman like her would stay for years with this abuser. He should rot in jail.

He didn't want to stay home and raise the kids; they were in daycare. He was simply unemployed and, my guess is, freeloading off of her.

Change family law . Give men same rights after separation as opposed to ruin their lives. I’m sure there will be less situations like this. Don’t u think that’s where we should start?
