My Favorite thing about 1.4 is the Solo Player is no longer left behind, FYI: I'm 48, don't have the reaction time I used too, and don't have time as a solo to gear up properly from the pre 1.4 Release. I have a good team, but they are not always available (Life Happens) and Now with 1.4, I have the gear I need, not only to play the game for hours solo, but not feel like a "Naked Duck" in the Dz! I love patch 1.4 because I have a pregnant wife (our daughter Lilly Spraggins is coming soon!) and a 4 year old son. And a full time career. I don't have the time to ever get to play and it kills me! But when I do I LOVE every minute of it. Before all I could do was do the two daily missions on hard and that was it. I would have to stay up late and match make with PUGS and grind for months to get the sentry gear together. It was terrible. All I ever wanted to do was play the game and enjoy it, and at the same time be able to just use my favorite weapons (LMGS and AR's) and just shoot and enjoy the game as a shooter. Now I can. And when I play with friends it's even better! Patch 1.4 definitely changed nearly everything for the better and paved the way for some incredible DLCs down the road that will be so much better because of the massive overhaul. I'm extremely happy to play this game now even more so, and be able to progress even with a limited time frame, enjoy it and log off knowing I progressed and had fun, and always looking forward to playing again. The difficulty is spot on, same with TTK/TTBK. All I gotta really say is: Patch 1.4 is absolutely amazing and shows us Massive is willing to take the community's input and put it to great use, and make a better game for it, even after they have made the sales and don't actually "need" to rework the game from ground up. I recommend it for anyone that loves the Division or used to, or someone new to the game. It's incredible and hits all the right notes so far. It's a work in progress, and an incredible one so far. I've made great friends playing this game, had awesome times, and spent only $90 this year on video games, because I've only bought The Division. Well twice, on PS4 and PC. I actually bought a $1800 gaming PC and the game and season pass again in June, because I love this game that much. And couldn't wait to play underground and the new patch, and wanted to get back to PC gaming. Thanks for reading SkillUp, and whoever else reads this. Go play patch 1.4! First off I want to say you do a great job with all your videos. I actually watched the full length video before this. It has shown me a lot. I have listened to you and it made my build so much better. The thing I love about the 1.4 update is the loot and the ability to do whatever. You don't need to have a team to do everything. Now people have the ability to solo stuff but at the same time can team up if they want to. I also love the names enemies that came back to the map.

After putting the game away for a long time. I have finally picked it back up and having fun playing again. Thank you for keeping me informed on the key components that actually matter for the solo player. Keep up the great work.

Been a follower since day one my friend. Okay where to start why I love about 1.4? 1. No more one hit by the shot gunners (npc), (Players online in the dark zone, that's a different story). 2. Finally a balanced FUN experience for PVE 3. Need to farm? Finally no need to depend on the dark zone 4. WEAPON SKINS DOESN’T TAKE INVENTORY SPACE! 5. Buyback option! It gets overwhelming when you have a lot of loot and accidentally sell something 6. We can find better servers if the one we’re at is just a pure gong show. 7. Ammo capacity has been doubled (life saver). 8. The open world for NPC are back! 9. Gear stats have been very well balanced (of course there are tweaks). 10. A ton of glitches have been fixed. 11.Dark zone is surprisingly fun again. (Yes there’s still work to be done, don’t give up yet). 12. LOOT, LOOT, LOOT, EVERYWHERE! I can go on and on. Love the videos my friend, keep it up. It really helped me a lot and i'm sure it helps a lot of players as well.

Loved the video man. I have finally learned how to build my character and after completing everything there is to do in the game, this added more depth and content for me to explore.

I like 1.4 patch because, 1.3 was not only difficult but stressful, 1.4 is difficult but rewarding.... You know that feeling when you have to extract the thing that you've always wanted but an npc kills you? Yes i do. In 1.3 it happened everytime, and in 1.4 i feel that i have the control again like when you level up from 1-30 lvl. Now the division is FUN to play, solo and with friends. Honestly I started it up once after the patch dropped, got wrecked and put it back down immediately. What's needed now is some in game guidance similar to what you are providing now to help the masses. A tutorial mabey??

Hey Skill Up! What is my favorite thing about Patch 1.4? The capabilities the individual player has on the field. I'm not always a solo player, but more often than not, I am. I'm the youngest one in my 4 man group by about 13 years. Two members are married (to each other. It's so fun sitting in the party chat with them), and the other is a friend of theirs that enjoys the game. With them being 30+ years old, they have other things they do like working, tending to their children, drinking, etc, so the time they can spend on the game isn't quite as close to the time I can spend on the game. The fact that I can gear up myself as a solo player now is huge for not only myself, but for my group members as well. If I can spend a portion of my time alone grinding gear for myself, that means when my other group members get on, I can spend that time helping them get their desired builds. Like what I stated earlier; Patch 1.4 not only changed the way the solo player can play the game, but it changed the way the individual player has when playing the game with or without their group. P.S. Thank you so much for uploading as much content as you do! Especially since this game isn't nearly as popular as other AAA title games when it comes to views on RU-vid. 1.4 got me back into The Division! I've been missing playing and always felt underpowered since I always played casually and solo most times. Since the new patch, world tiers, and informative videos like these, I've been having a lot more fun playing and feel like I'm actually making progress with my character. So I'm really grateful for the new patch and the continued videos that have kept me both informed and educated! Thanks a lot for the great videos!

What I love about patch 1.4 That me , you and many other loyal and faithful players are still here playing the division and watching these videos. I've been playing since day one and I haven't stopped. I believe in the game and stayed this whole time. My life is crazy as an EMT and playing this game helps takes me to a different reality than the one I live in that crazy, rough and filled with heartbreak. I play for fun and enjoyed learning from videos like this since I don't have the time with my busy schedule to learn this game on my own. I've always been excited for The Division ever since the first word leaked out about it, but when it came out my friends left me for other games so I was left playing alone. I'm all about playing PVE so the 1.4 has finally given me the ability to run the challenging missions, along with your help with my builds, by myself and now play the game more than ever. My favorite feature of 1.4 is the re-tuning of the damage model. It has brought me back to the game from pre-1.3, and I brought 2 of my gaming friends back with me and we've been having a blast since release. The ability to play and gear up solo (welcome back world bosses!) means by the time we're able to get online together we've each been able to stay up to par with being a group asset. Such a wonderful combination of survivability, capability and variety of tasks has made this into the game we were drooling over the preview ads. Patch 1.4 is The Division, reforged.

What I love about patch 1.4 is being in the military I learned to appreciate a lot of things. & definitely realized that the vast majority of us really take things for granted. Patch 1.4 brought the best out of us. From the casual gamer to the real diehard gamer. I was an avid PVPER completely "griefer" but this patch made me appreciate all types of players especially the joes who's last ditch effort was this patch. So giving any help I could give (I'm not the best, but I am maxed everything DZ, UG, etc) to ensure they stay and make this community great again. So again to re-iterate what I loved about this patch is not the actual patch itself, but the community involved in-order to even get this patch completed. We are the most important thing to division. With great content comes an even greater community !

1.4 allows me to compete in a high tier as a solo player! great video, thank you.. for someone like me that loves to game but doesn't have a ton of time, this type of video helps a TON.

The best part about 1.4 put simply, is the feel of the game. I've been using the M60 with Predator's Mark as of late. The heaviness you feel while taking those shots, coupled with the time to kill, and the responsiveness of the AI, it brings me back to the old days of level 10-25 (As I had hoped). Playing is once again exciting. As is the chance to be part of the evolution of the game. Keep up the great work on the videos! Your analytic approach is second to none. I've been a fan since `TCTD` launched, and i'm glad you haven't wavered to please the masses.

I am a true true fan of the division. The greatest game I've ever played and I've been playing video games since colicovision. 1.4 was disheartening at 1st for me because I rebuilt a character that took me months to build up so when last Tuesday it it left me w/mixed emotions. However, today I have to stay thanks to your channel my character has be reborn as a beast - follow your blending and tweaking it in parts put my man on ANOTHER LEVEL. I am shredding npc's w/a vengeance, running through the dark stone like a beast hats off to u skill up, ur info along w/ur connection to the developers and let's not forget u play the DIVISION. Massive has my respect for their continuous effort to polish the game but its channel like yours that actually helped me since launch to get by. Best thing I'm liking so far about 1.4 is the loot. FINALLY I'm getting enough items to actually have different builds for difference purpose in the game WHILE maintaining a full time job, a wife, the baby fed AND a social life with the fellas. I haven't played The Division since about a month after it came out, and have not looked back. However, patch 1.4 came out, and a buddy of mine suggested we try it, and I seriously cannot put it down. My favorite part about the patch? It's just fun!!! I seriously cannot explain how much fun I am having!! This is exactly what I buy games for, to have a blast, and I am SO glad the developers made great decisions for this patch!

Being a mostly solo player my favorite thing about 1.4 is that I can actually progress now and get better gear. The best I could achieve before 1.4 was a Gear Score of around 174. Now in 1.4 I'm nearly to GS 229 and thanks to your awesome guides I actually feel confident enough about my build to join groups and having a lot of fun doing so. =) I really appreciate all the work you put into these videos Skill Up, Thank You.

I feel like the best part about 1.4 is the way people are coming back to the game. I myself left The Division after the first incursion was released, at that time I felt like the aim of the game was not to have fun but rather grind for gear (and it truly felt like grinding). After 1.4, I convinced my friend to join me and play again, and we found the love of the game once more. It stopped being about who can shoot the fastest and the hardest, but about what we feel like doing. No longer are we spending an hour to clear an incursion just the two of us, but are having fun while messing around with fun builds. We even ran all the missions again, on new accounts just to experience the 1-30 again.

I love how the game has been brought back to how it was supposed to be. It's finally a lot more fun just like going from level 1 through 30. This patch has really made me get back into the game I loved on release.

What I love most about this patch is that it's changing everyone's play style and having people go further deep into what the end game is really about. Now I use to run dps builds all the time but now I'm currently using every build depending on who I am running with, or what the situation is.

The Division is back and better than ever! I love that developers cared enough to go back in fix it for the community. 👏👏👏

Patch 1.4 has restored this game to it's former glory. The game is still challenging for casual players, but with a little persistence and some luck you can solo most PVE aspects of the game. Gear drops are a bit insane, but when your looking for just the right combo of talents and perks it keeps your playing. The new roaming named mobs, and HVTs have breathed new life into the PVE map area. The new exp system, makes killing those pesky reds you encounter worth while. All in all it is almost a completely different game, but just so much fun. Now but the kissing up portion of the comments. Skillup your vids are awesome and informative. Keepup the good work.

man there is so much to like... hard choice... love pvp, love that I have like 5 builds now... even returned to play ug which I hated before... the whole patch is so much fun... massive knocked it out of the park and I'm glad I listened to you and was patient and stayed with the division... thanks skillup n thx massive keep up the good work! oh ps I took this info n made my 6th build 3 pc's hunter n 3 pc's sentry sniper build 248% heads hot damage... love it!

What I like about 1.4 is that I can solo the more difficult modes. Loot drops are much more appropriate to allow a solo player to do that now. I don't like playing in groups with randoms & I really enjoy solo play. So 1.4 has brought me back to the original map & I no longer have to live in the underground to get good loot. Also with the frequency of high end gear/gear set drops I can get my build "fixed" quickly to be in line with the 1.4 changes. It also allows me to quickly accumulate a ton of gear to have multiple builds (DPS, Tank, or Skill). I love the update. The game was at a stalemate for me & this brought it back.

I love patch 1.4! it restored my live for this game. I love the way the enemy AI on how it responds to my attacking it. Quick to run for cover, very realistic. Now I'm ready for the next incursion.

What I love about patch 1.4 is it saved the game all together! Not only did it just make the latest update more fun to play with massive loot drops and better TTK, it laid the foundation on future content to be built on. Future DLC with Survival and Last Stand and beyond now have almost unlimited potential to put this game in contention for Game of the Year! Absolutely 1.4 by itself is an amazing feat and is so much fun to play. Having the community be involved so heavily to improve the game and assist the developers is rewarding, and to see suggestions and ideas I read about and suggested myself make it into the game is mind-blowing!
