You know it is hypocritical for Karim to talk down about humans for being weak by associating with an evil mage when later he himself teams up with the Bloodmoon Huntress whose magic is hardly better than dark magic.
It's called moral myopia. As far as he's concerned, his methods are justified and so he doesn't see the correlation between his actions and those of dark mages
I wonder since the corrupted sun primal looks like an eclipse if the corruptrd moon primal is a blood moon? Even though blood moon's are natural i'd argue that solar eclipses are just as natural. Since we know that Kim Dael did her rituals on blood moons I wonder if any sunfire elves did rituals in solar eclipses?
Janai defeating Kim’dael makes her power levels and skills much higher than Runaan’s. The reason is that Janai defeated Kim’dael herself while Runaan needed Ethari’s help. Janai lost because she was distracted.
I'm glad that we got to see how skilled Janai really is. Let's be honest, having a sunfire blade automatically gives her a massive advantage over most opponents. It's never a fair fight when she's using a sword that can cut through almost anything with a single blow. The fact that she was using a normal sword and still gave Kim'dael a run for her money exemplifies that Janai doesn't need the sunfire blade to be a powerful warrior.
Gotta say, Kim'Dael definitely lived up to the hype: she was terrifying and deadly as hell, while also being very cunning and suprisingly reasonable when necessary! Really interested to see more of her and I hope we get another story of her background & of her order. Also, REALLY hope we get to see Karim beaten to a pulp or killed next season. He's such a weasel; betraying his sister (mostly) due to her marrying a human and then even ordering Kim'dael to kill her without hesitation just to get what he wants and gain power. Hoping he reaps what he sows and that either Kim'Dael or Amaya take him down. Or that Sol Regem burns him alive, but doubt he'd be that much of a dick to his benefactor.
@@altithoraxperotorum5133 Seriously. I thought he would end up fighting corrupted Zubeia and be a necessary evil, but now that she's being healed, very worried/interested on what he'll do. Admittedly there's the chance that he'll stand against Aaravos, but considering how manipulative the guy is, all bets are off
Yeah, I was so exited every time she was on screen and I really want to see her more in the next 2 seasons, for backstory and, what I really want to see, Rayla vs Kim'Dael rematch.
I really hope that next season she and Rayla run into each other and remember each other! Also, that Rayla actually explains how they know each other and that she faught her woth Runaan and Ethari, instead of just glossing it over like I'm honestly afraid of that the writers will try to do...
Spoilers About a year ago the creators released a prequel graphic novel called "the Bloodmoon Huntress." Rayla encountered Kim'dael as a kid sometime after she was adopted by Runaan and Ethari. Kim had kidnapped a skywing family to use their blood for her life prolonging ritual on the night of the blood moon. Rayla helped free the family, leading to Kim hunting her through the forest and throwing her into the river where she almost drowned. Runaan and Ethari later arrived to drive the huntress off and rescue the family and Rayla. Her encounter with the huntress was what inspired Rayla to become an assassin in the first place so that she'd be able to protect Kim'dael's future victims. Her near-death experience in the river is also why she's so afraid of water. So yes, Rayla would definitely be on edge hearing that the monster who almost drowned her had attacked the home of her future in-law aunts.
the part where she’s locked in with the guards and slaughters them all is, to me, one of the most bone-chilling moments in this whole show. she’s a really intriguing character, i’m super excited to see more of her. and wow… karim is a fool for summoning her
@tadabee I know right? Every single action that Karim has taken has made me dislike him more and more. He's the biggest traitor and backstabber of his people. He's such a hypocrite and humongous fool for summoning one of the worst ruthless criminals in Xadia, to go on a massive assassination spree, killing both Human soldiers and his own people, Sunfire Elf soldiers. Their blood is on his hands. And with the sun seed, I feell that he's gonna led his people to further chaos and warfare. It's gonna be an all-out civil war.
A moon shadow elf who isn’t Scottish and has vampiric powers she is amazing her design and powers for foil to Amaya and the Queen of the Sunfire elves I didn’t know I wanted
AH MY WIFE!! It's scary how much I love this woman even though she is a literal murderer lol But seriously I can't wait to see more of her in the later seasons, hopefully she'll be in the 6th season and we won't have to wait till the 7th season to see her!
Omg pharos if someone tells you to shhh! Listen to him! Lol poor pharos. But something that I would love is seeing a flashback of young miyana and karim
The moment you realise how powerful actually could be a moon-shadow elf 😅 In season one they presented the sun-fire elfs as the most powerful and developed, but they are the weakest 🤣
Oh I am anticipating that Callum vs Kimdael battle next to the final battle against Aavaros because he has a spell and the second thing that will kill Kimdael. But on the other hand I am staring to see why you do not want Kimdael near Callum, she will try to corrupt and teach him the blood magics.
