You can really tell how good and appreciated Nicks songs are as folks dont get all precious and pretentious about interpretations. We embrace them and acknowledge them for the tributes they are to such great songs - masterful songwriting lends itself so well to this ethereal and sublime interpretations. Thank you. Nick will be smiling somewhere.

Black Eyed Dog by Nick is actually a scarily intense song. I love it and am okay with people adapting it but the original is haunting.

I wish I learned about Nick Drake 50 years ago. He wrote great songs and I never heard of him till about 10 years ago. Tragic life. He should have been appreciated much more!!!
