Sir thank you so much for all of your effort in passing along your skill thru your content. I am very old for a gamer and will not ever be able to maneuver the planes the way others are able to. You talking about your thought process in planning and setting up attacks helped me become competitive. The beauty of this game is that I do not have to be have amazing stick skills or reflexes to play with guys 1/3 of my age.

I always liked this thing, I found a lot of success with it. At the BR, it's a nice jack of all trades, but turns well enough to hang with most stuff. That single .50 cal REALLY helps.

It's weird that you upload this a day after I decided to go back and spade all of my American Rank I planes. I realized that I never played the early naval props, because I had the free premium versions when I was starting out. Had to unlock some newer modifications for naval bombers too. Honestly, it's quite nostalgic. I love low-tier props.

the I-15 is so ridiculous you just can't beat it in most other biplanes unless you have a hefty energy advantage

This really exemplifies the its the journey not the destination mentality that's important with war thunder focus on the fun stuff not just top tier cause once you get there whats left you feel empty and eventually maybe just quit as long as your having fun it doesn't matter how low of a tier you are because you are having fun something a lot of people seem to forget about thanks defyn for reminding us all the real purpose of video games to entertain not frustrate

After 7 years I finally unlocked the Mig-9 and Mig-9(l) 😂😂 I also have a bunch of German Jets but I didn’t play them a lot except the 7.0 Me 262. Next I‘m aiming to unlock some US Jets :3

Honestly I enjoy the most your videos on props since there are no missiles and it's more focused on energy and trajectory. I wish you would make more videos on those but I understand that you make videos on new planes since it's what attracts the most attention (to decide which one to grind, how to play it or simply because it's shiny as you said)

Yea I feel u! Grinding this event from 8.7 and higher was already hard in RB, and a 3K mission points battle was among the good ones; but after the pack sales went on, it feels like if i'm forced to do a job i hate. Rank 4-5 can be a problematic too, do to there are always a few Ju-288 that just keep running around and nobody can kill them in the team. And if try to play a Ju-288 its guaranteed the 2/3 your team is in a bomber as well (or in a Ju-288), leaving nothing for u to bomb. Tough i do had some epic moments in mixed battles, I even had a 24 kill one with 13.5K mission points, and 4-5k points is my average.

I wonder how effective it would be to use a historically-accurate B-17 fleet in War Thunder, where you get as many friends as you can into a squad, all with B-17's that are at the same BR, and fly in formation around the map bombing bases and shredding any lone fighter that tries to get close.

You aren’t really dogfighting at 1.3 until you’re down in an arcade furball tearing it up.

I am entirely interested in lower BR videos, some of the best dogfights I've seen in the game have been in your videos of BR 3.0-5.0

After creating a new accout to go through the grind again, this thing was the bane of my existance.

First two kills commentary is absolute gold

It's even more insane in ground RB. It gets 2 x 100 lbs bomb drops, and the fifty cal can kill so many tanks at the BR - I once got a 15 kill run with it. Galer's F3F is easily the best starter premium (and biplane) in the game. I've played 1130 matches with it in there.

You must have showered, I didn't shower for a week until today and my head skin killed me. I was scratching so hard it actually started bleeding.

Managed to hold my own against a level 100 in this (I’m only lv 17) ran us both out of ammo. This thing can turn and flip absolutely insane

P-36 a is also much fun to fly against these skill full pilots

Ive been enjoying the beaufighter in 9.3 matches. Just for the torpedo, but I get god mode quite a lot so its worth it for the 20,000 bonus. Its firepower surprises the jet pilots quite a lot. Yeah its quite fun playing the older aeroplanes in higher rank matches

My take is that there are just some players that don’t care about ww2 planes and just want the modern jets so they use the only way to get to the semi modern stuff with the premiums. The same is of course also true for tanks and probably the 4 boat players too.
