Hi Matt, you said speciality is everything where customers are willing to pay more than commodity. Is Nespresso also speciality? If you calculate their price per Kg they are comparable to Gardelli. Is Starbucks speciality? At lest in Europe Starbucks is way above commodity. Thanks.
