A number of bad characters in this case--Rosenbaum, jump kick man, Huber, and Grosskreutz--for sure *the* worst human in this affair is the prosecutor, Thomas Binger. They are bald-faced lying about the video showing Kyle raising his gun--it can't be seen. They have bald-faced lied about MANY things, and things everyone KNOWS they've bald-faced lied about ("If you are carrying a gun, you lose your right to defend yourself"). But perhaps most importantly, they are bald-faced lying about the drone video, and everyone can see that.

Innocence, to reasonable people, has a 'ring' to it, particularly in the light of the young man's many public service endeavors, especially for a generally guiless mid-western up bringing. Self defense being contested in the full high end video compilation needed by the prosecutor to prove the state's assertions should have ended the case, but, my keen sense of the obvious exposed...it got poached by political ill intent.

He's hoping the jury bails him out so that he doesn't have to make a call. The problem is that the foreperson is a Karen who has made up her mind that Kyle's guilty and thinks she can get the majority to switch their votes to her side. A hung jury seems like a distinct possibility. This woman has no business being on the jury. The defense blew it during jury selection.

The self-defense goes out the window just by the fact that he shouldn't have been there in the first place!! That was not his community and Kyle was questioned and admitted he had no right to protect property!!.....In general, even though people have the right to protest, but if it's not your community, you have no family in the area and/or it doesn't directly impact you, then MYOB!!! Example, there's a protest in a high school in Alexander county in NC about mandates, if your child doesn't attend in the district, you have no f'ing place being there, period!!! Even less if you are from another State, full stop!!

Remember the people of kenosha were failed by their public officials. They LET the riots go on for days. They kept police from handling the situation. Jacob Blake was not charged. To my knowledge, Kyle was the ONLY one charged during the riots that followed. Now the citizens are frightened of continuing violence. I pray that we can stop this torture.

"Forward" racism and "reverse" racism is still racism, just like a forward crash and a reverse crash is still a crash. Even if you linguistically make up some new definition of the word, "crash" that doesn't include reverse crashes, the actual concept of a crash still remains.

It doesn't matter how much the individual evidence disadvantaged the defense. The prosecution MUST turn over unaltered copies of the evidence. Dirty tricks such as burying items in an evidentiary dump is expected. Altering evidence is well beyond prosecutorial misconduct.

the judge is just as bad. When the prosecutors brought up kyles 5th it should have been a mistrial. Same with this evidence snafu. How do you get a proper defense if you dont get to rebut evidence that was given to the jury.

Too many unfair things in this case. The judge needs to declare a mistrial. The trial should have been moved. The jury has been tampered with and intimidated. The prosecution misstated the law and assaulted Kyle's constitutional rights.

Tucker tonight brought up how 2 key witnesses were not brought by the prosecution denying Kyle's defense the right to question them. The kicker who tried to KO Kyle with a flying kick was never identified. The problem with that is one of the charges against Kyle was discharging his gun at that man. The defense should have found this man and made him testify.
