Its called SprOOt. Its СпрУт in russian, which translates to an OO sound, not an A sound. Sproot is a kind of octopus, actually. Fast, light, nimble, and naturally a swimmy thing)

Kontakt-5 improvements are marginal, so the only difference between tanks is turret's front ERA layout. It's the same tank and the same story as with Chieftains 3 and 5. You're not allowed to have 2 mbts of the same br in one lineup. And yeah, it's Sproot. :)

9.7 T72B can be frontally penned by M900 (most of the time) and up (over 520 pen generally is sufficient to pen) K5 has good odds of stopping Leclerc shells (and occasional hardened pasta from angry Italian bois). Personally I like both T72Bs more than the B3. Ru top tier is basically up to 10.0 T72 line is superior, after 10.0 it's T80 time. Mostly due to functional reverse.

As an average viewer, i'd say the whole decal thing is just fun imo! Its like, you go into a match, maybe see someone with Justins decal, and that makes me go, oh cool, we both watch Justins videos! Thats how it is for me anyway haha

after using it once your lower plate will be already covered and you just keep eyes on target so its usefull

I'm happy that Gaijin acknowledges the CCs with their own decals but I'm never going to use them because they don't fit the aesthetic I'm going for.

I personally think the decal is a nice way for Gaijin to acknowledge content creators. It's unique enough as an award for creators, while staying under the "cosmetic" side of things. The fact that fans of your channel could get it is also a really neat thing.

The lack of thermals and the usual -4 reverse speed while facing 11.0 MBTs is what kills it mostly in my opinion. I guess now that the upgraded Sprut is in the game it might have more of a use since Russia kind of has a half way decent 10.0 line-up now but it'll still be the back-up for both the T-80B and the Sprut.

The only problem with this tank is it doesn't have thermals and in this BR, there are many night battles. Should be 9.7 BR.

Honestly between all the content creator decal out there, I'm much more interested in dollars decal. Because other chooses something that are serious or choose their channel logo, but dollar in the other hand use something fun and hilarious. Sorry.

still don't get why IPM1 could sit at the same br as Abrams with better armor and only was increased with better top dart. While this thing sits 0.3 higher than the elder brother while having slightly better armor and same crappy fire control systems, not to mention no thermals

Decals matter to the fans. I do not think they bother anyone so as long as the fans get a kick from them then its good. As for the ego thing? There is nothing wrong with being proud and happy about having representation within a game you like. It shows you are recognized by the devs, publishers as well as they player base. Just remember to stay humble dude.

the ERA itself is 70mm thickness.. so double or triple with angle.. the 5mm discribed is prob a dev thing, miss or whatever.. you cant have something with a specific thicknes and act less than that... and 8.3 russa without minding thermals witch mbts will get 10.0+ and fuel tank explosions is lit unless you get hit on breach and you get a lot of hits on breach....
